Shore break 6: Right at the beach

Welcome to the Shore Break!
A brand new luxury 2 bedroom apartment. Shore Break is located just a stones through away from Eden's Famous Aslings Beach. With stunning ocean views and salty ocean air you will relax and enjoy this beautiful apartment and all it has to offer.
Shore Break is set out on 2 levels. Downstairs houses a small outdoor area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the laundry. Shore 6 and 7: The Main bedroom consists of a Queen bed and built in robes. There are 2 x single beds in the second bedroom with built in robes.

The Main bathroom boasts a lovely free standing bath as well as a walk in shower. The hidden laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. In addition, the second bathroom has a walk in shower and toilet.
Unit 1: 1 x King and 1 x Queen Bed.
Take a walk upstairs to find the open planned living area. The view from the upper level are breathtaking from every room. The modern kitchen has all the facilities you would expect from any high-end apartment, including coffee machine, dishwasher and plenty of cook-ware and utensils.

Hidden in the walls of the dining area you will find a large walk in pantry and a third toilet!

Sit back and enjoy your morning coffee on the sun drenched balcony and watch the sunrise over the ocean.

Please note all linen and bath towels are provided.

Les points faibles : Propreté
We loved the location, the unit layout and the beds were comfortable. We had an issue and the property management team were excellent. The issue was take care of very promptly. However, the unit could use a very thorough cleaning. There were lots of cobwebs and dead insects on the windows and the window sills. The patio glass doors were so dirty we had to clean them ourselves in order to appreciate the view. The barbecues was absolutely disgustingly dirty and rusty. It did not work and even if it did we would not have used it. The patio railing and glass pains were also very dirty. We also had to clean the patio table due to the dirt and cobwebs. We would not call this a luxury unit as the advertisement states. There was no wifi and the living room furniture was minimal at best.

It is near the beach but also very near the cemetery. No Wi-Fi which is explained in the description the TV doesn't really work either. We were family for staying for 10 days. We had to go and buy extra toilet paper extra rubbish bin bags, then drumroll. Please had a few beers and we're about to watch the AFL Grand Final fire up the BBQ no gas...

Lovely view

We enjoyed our stay at Eden. The property is super close to the beach and shops so walking everywhere was great. Unfortunately the property has no wifi which I have no idea why not. The kitchen and bathroom doors don’t close as they are badly made which drives you a little nuts. The basin sink in one bathroom was blocked and it was requested this be cleared during our 5 day stay. Unfortunately this was never fixed so we all needed to share a vanity basin.

Spacious but not Luxury

Disappointing at best! Great unit, lovely ocean view, but not luxury. Certainly not worth the price. While driving to the unit we received a txt message informing the access detail and the Unit had no Wi-Fi ! Wi-Fi was a main reason we chose this place. The web site did not mention NO Wi-Fi so we assumed that accommodation in this price point would be connected; ironically, there’s a TV with a Netflix remote but NO Wi-Fi! Upon entering the unit everything looked clean and inviting, but looks can be deceptive. The unit is not dirty but its cleanliness needs much improvement. The cockroach that greeted us in the kitchen was an unwanted guest! Bathroom window and stairway ledges were grotty with dead insects. The inner pillow covers in the bedroom were slightly stained. Strangely, many of the kitchen/bathroom drawers were open: kept springing open. Game changer – no aircon or fan in the bedrooms. So hot! All accommodation we have visited previously have supplied complimentary toiletries – small soaps doesn’t meet the standard. Coffee machine but no coffee pods. Stingiest accommodation ever. There are safety issues: - excellent parking but the space at the side has a steep drop. This is dangerous - entrance step to bathroom is a tripping hazard - no shower mat – slipping hazard - bathroom basin height is high – awkward for shorter people Excellent customer service - fans provided within hours after contacting the manager.
