Spacious family friendly home with a heated indoor pool

Welcome to our spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home! Located in residential Eau Claire, this property is perfect for a fun family getaway complete with an indoor heated pool.

Main Level:
The main level includes a fully-stocked kitchen, dishwasher, wine cooler, stool seating at the counter and a cozy dinette. The kitchen boasts all new appliances making cooking a breeze!

Located around the corner from the kitchen is a laundry room and bedroom with a queen sized bed.

Up a few steps is the 900 square foot main living area. This area includes two couches, one loveseat, chase lounge, electric fireplace, and 65” smart TV. Also in the living area is a large dining table that seats 6 comfortably with room available for more. This area is great for playing cards/games or crafting with a large group of people.

Down the hallway is a full bathroom that has access to the pool. This bathroom includes locker storage for your items while you swim.

The Pool:
Enjoy the highlight of the house, an indoor heated pool!! Perfect for all to splash and play! The pool can be accessed from the kitchen or hallway. Indoor access points have locking doors and alarms available for your use. Pool is 4 feet deep, no diving. Please read safety and care rules prior to swimming for a safe and enjoyable experience. Pool room includes table/chair set and many pool floats/toys.

The Patio:
Connected to the pool room is a private outdoor patio. This space is great for grilling out or sitting around a gas fire pit in the evenings. Patio not available in winter.

The Upstairs:
The upstairs includes three bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, an electric fireplace, and a master bathroom complete with a soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms include bunk beds (twin bed on top, full bed on the bottom, and twin trundle bed that can be pulled out for use). One kid’s room includes a secret reading room! A full bathroom with shower completes the upstairs space.

The Lower Level:
The lower level is made up of a theater room, area for board games/cards, and a half bath. This area also includes a daybed and futons for resting.

We had a wonderful time during our Christmas holiday enjoying the pool, the spacious kitchen and living areas. The festive decorations were absolutely fabulous and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! The amenities were beyond what I have ever experienced, from the fully stocked kitchen to the many pool accessories and towels for our use. I can see now why we had to book it in November of last year! We’ll definitely let others know what a wonderful experience we had and hope to book it again!!

This was our second time staying at Karen's and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves once again. She really has thought of everything... We came with a fairly large group & we never found ourselves coming up short on any anything - dishes, towels, blankets and pillows, and even small kitchen appliances - the house is stocked amazingly well. Karen is responsive and a pleasure to work with in the event you have an issue (such as accidentally burning a plate during your first stay ). Thank you again Karen for another fantastic stay, we really hope to be back again!

This is our 4th yer staying at Karen's house and it was exceptional as usual! We look forward to our family Christmas celebration partly because of the amazing setting. Karen is a wonderful host, the pool is so fun, our family loves visiting here when we get the chance!! There is lots of different places to sleep, plenty of bathrooms, and the hot water heater lasted a long time as we all took showers back to back. The kids love the Wii, the beds and furniture are all comfy and the fireplace in the master is such a great touch. We will be back again soon, thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

This was our 4th time staying at this house and every time the house has been wonderful. The house was very clean and well maintained. There are lots of extra towels, blankets, paper products, kitchen items, etc. which is very nice. We have stayed in other houses that skimp on these items which is a pain.We extended out stay and Karen was very prompt in replying and is an excellent host. The addition of the large screen TV in the basement that replaced the projector was a great addition and we used it watch several movies during our stay.

We were looking for a large property to house family and friends for our son’s 22nd birthday.This spot definitely had the room and was reasonably priced for our group. I was especially thrilled because I grew up right down the street and was very familiar with this home and area of Eau Claire. This home was beautifully remodeled and had a space for everyone and something for everyone! The hosts don’t miss a beat with this amazing home!!! We are already looking ahead and planning on staying here again!!! The only disappointment for us, and this is completely our fault, was that we totally forgot to check out the secret room!!! If anyone has a picture of it, we would love to see it!!!

Great Family Getaway!

This weekend stay was one of the best that we have had with our family! Everything you need is right at the house. The indoor pool was a BIG plus! The Host answered all of the questions we had and the space was awesome for the amount of people we had staying. Everything you needed was available in the house. Our family had an amazing time at this wonderful home! The whole house is beautifully remodeled. The pool was a hit. We would love to come back and stay again in the future! It was as great as advertised! There was plenty of space and sleeping arrangements for all 12 of us to sleep comfortably. Karen was kind and clear about check-in and check-out instructions. Family graduation 2025 UW-EC

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space and amenities for everyone. The pool, outside deck space, movie room, spacious kitchen and family room all were warm and welcoming. Great Place For Family Gathering

We were in the area for our son’s graduation from UW Stout. Not knowing how many people were coming for the graduation we rented this property. It had plenty of room for nine people and comfortably could have slept more. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed to cook a fancy dinner to celebrate the graduation. Any place with a clean and warm indoor pool and outdoor patio with a grill and fire table can’t be too bad. We also hung out in the living room and didn’t even get to try the mini theater downstairs. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

Another Great Visit!!

This was our third visit to the property and is one of our favorite VRBO Rentals. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need during your stay. We extended our stay an extra day and Karen made the process quick and easy. I would highly recommend this house and look forward to staying here again.
