MAX of 10 people allowed at the property at ANYTIME.
No loud outside speakers - sound really travels in the cove.
Please do not trespass onto our neighbors properties.
Park only in the driveway.
No more than 5 cars allowed in driveway at ANYTIME.
NO parking off the street or in the grass.
If boating or jet skiing please note the entire cove is a no wake zone
No fireworks on the property
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 10 guests total at ANYTIME on property.
NO smoking anything in the house.
