There are 4 bedrooms. Master room with en-suite, 2 double bedrooms, 1 room with two singles, and a sofabed for additional sleeping. Sleeps 10

We are delighted to offer our entire fully furnished, with all the amenities you will need for an enjoyable stay. We want you to feel as relaxed and 'at home' as you possibly can. There is ample parking You can park on our driveway or in front of the house on the road. Parking is free.
There are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs (master room with an en-suite). Each bedroom has plenty of storage and wardrobe space, along with 'all seasons' quilts for your comfort. Bed linen and towels are provided. The front bedroom can comfortably house a travel cot. There are no TVs in the bedrooms. An additional spacious bedroom is located on the ground floor with a double bed.
The bathroom has a large heated towel rail with a power shower enclosure and a separate large bath with two cupboards for your toiletries.
Iron, ironing board, clothes airer, hair dryer is made available at the property.
Downstairs is the kitchen, good sized lounge/dining area, a toilet and basin, cloakroom, double bedroom 9access to decking area).
The kitchen offers a gas oven/hob, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer and all essentials. Tea/Coffee and Sugar provided during your stay.
The lounge has a comfortable sofa-bed, two 2x armchairs and a large dining table with eight chairs, a smart TV with Netflix already installed. Card games available to enjoy with friends/family.
Guests wishing to bring bikes are welcome to store them in our shed during the duration of your stay.
Chandler's Ford is on the outskirts of main towns and cities. We are positioned in a quiet, green area. By car, the property is approximately 10 minutes from Winchester, 10 minutes from Eastleigh, 18 minutes from Romsey and 20 minutes from Southampton. We are positioned in a great location for family visits to Southampton or Winchester universities.
Chandler's Ford train station is only 5 minutes away by car and connects with main lines. Close motorway links.
Check-in is from 3.00 pm and check-out is by 10.00 am.
