Ride or walk 1 mi away to CC Rail Trail and access National Seashore beaches, shops and restaurants. Or, relax at the cottage with modern updates, appliances, comfortable beds, and a wonderful outdoor space with deck, fire pit, outdoor shower, lawn games and a hammock!
The space
Our home is a wonderful spot for relaxation and family fun. There is plenty of space to stretch out, high speed WiFi access and smart TV's in both living rooms. We provide everything you need for a vacation at the beach.
In addition to two living rooms (one downstairs, one upstairs), our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor, one room has two twin beds, and the other has a one Queen bed. The first floor full bathroom is located next to the bedroom with the Queen bed. Both are located off of the kitchen. The upstairs primary bedroom with water views has a queen size bed and its own attached full bathroom.
The second living room is located upstairs and has wonderful water views of the bay, a seating area, two couches (one is a pull-out sofa) and smart TV. The First floor living room houses two giant couches and another larger Smart TV. This room is great for game nights, movie nights, or the post beach nap!
Outside a sliding glass door is a large deck with plenty of bench seating, a dining table and umbrella , as well as a gas grill. Just off the deck is a Firepit and seating. Further into the backyard you'll find a full size hammock and shed that houses our complimentary beach toys, cooler and beach chairs.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and all its amenities.
Other things to note
-Parking for 4 cars is easily accommodated in the driveway. No street parking available due to narrow road.
-Pet Policy: We warmly welcome your furry dog friends to our rental (weâre dog people too). However, we do limit to 1 dog, and please be aware that as a renter, you are financially responsible for any damages caused by your pet. A minimum charge of $500 will be applied for any pet-related damages. Additionally, we ask that you please clean up all pet waste from the yard. By proceeding with the rental, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a comfortable stay for all our guests.
