Its prime location places you perfectly on the border of Orleans and Eastham, granting you effortless access to the world-class dining, eclectic boutique shopping, and iconic sandy shores of both sought-after towns. The expansive, private backyard serves as your own personal sanctuary. Here, you can embrace the classic summer lifestyle by hosting a cookout with your choice of gas or charcoal grills, then finish the day with a refreshing rinse in the traditional outdoor shower.

Inside, the cottage greets you with a bright family room featuring a cozy sitting area and a flat-screen TV for quiet evenings. The thoughtfully designed layout provides privacy by placing the two bedrooms on opposite sides of the living space. One bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the second is ideal for guests or children with two twin beds and an additional pull-out trundle. Toward the back of the home, you will find a full bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove. The true highlight is the spacious three-season relaxation room, a sun-drenched space designed for slow mornings and peaceful afternoon breezes.

This home is an invitation to escape the noise of mainstream life and return to a simpler, more authentic pace. To help you fully disconnect and recharge, please note that Wi-Fi is not provided. We invite you to bring a mobile hotspot if connection is required, or simply lean into the cozy, "offline" charm of this Cape Cod gem. Ample parking for two vehicles is available on-site. Cozy and Quiet Cottage

My family had a wonderful time at this cottage! My boys especially enjoyed the outdoor shower after a long beach day. They loved the watching the wild bunnies outside as we drove in and out of the property. The cottage was spacious and clean and well taken care of. It had everything you needed to relax.

Eastham cottage

The cottage was very cute. Nice neighborhood, quiet. We had a few hiccups and the company came right away and fixed them. The cottage was enough room for my husband, myself and our 17y/o daughter. We really enjoyed our time on the back porch. We were a little disappointed we didn't know there was no wifi until a week before we went, but we made due.

La maison était propre , petite cuisine et salle de bain. Manque de place pour serrer nos choses. Endroit très tranquille , les voitures sur la #6 roulent vite , difficile de sortir de l`entrée.

Great cottage, comfortable bed & good location

We enjoyed staying in the same cottage complex that we had stayed 6 yrs ago. While this home is a little outdated, the tiny kitchen has all new appliances, a new gas grill outside and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The screened in porch was a big plus! This home was immaculate. The location is very close to many beaches both bayside and Atlantic side. Thoughtful owner, Gerry, checked in with us first when he came by to drop off cover for the new outside grill. We enjoyed his visit. The bed in master room was incredibly comfortable! I slept like a baby which is saying a lot for someone with insomnia.
