The house was very nice and had everything we needed for a girls weekend! The hot tub was amazing and we spent lots of time relaxing in it. Management checked on us throughout the weekend to ensure we were happy, which we were. Definitely booking again!

Relaxing family vacation!

This is a beautiful home on Cape Cod. It is a comfortable, updated home with a new kitchen and sleek appliances. We had everything we needed for our stay. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, ping pong table and games! We loved the central location too!

A Perfect Family Vacation Home!

My husband and I travel often from Virginia to The Cape to visit our older daughter and her family, residents of Eastham. On this recent trip, our younger daughter and her husband accompanied us, so we sought a larger rental where we could all gather. 30 Bradford Lane fit the bill, and more! It was perfect! The amenities, such as the hot tub, ping pong and pool tables added so much extra to the home which, in itself, was lovely. It was comfortably furnished with elegance and simplicity in contrast to many rentals where the "beachy" theme can be overdone. The kitchen, too, was organized and simple, the cabinets clean and uncluttered with ample space for our own food and supplies. Yet everything we needed was there! We adults loved the extra sitting area off the kitchen away from the television. We also appreciated the half bath on the first floor. The main floor in general was spacious and had an easy flow for gatherings including the excellent dining area which fit all of us comfortably. In addition, the beds were terrific! I have not returned to certain rentals because of inadequate beds. Being in our 70s and with energetic grandchildren, my husband and I require a good night's sleep! Finally, we loved the location and the quiet little cul-de-sac, as well as the deck and yard. Check in and check out was a breeze, and the owner was very accommodating and interested in knowing that we were enjoying the property, which we did very, very much.

Perfect End To Summer

Beautiful, large, clean home centrally located in Eastham. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve all your meals. The house is spacious and well maintained. The ping pong, pool table and poker table were a huge hit with my 3 teen boys. The hot tub was great on the cool nights. Plenty of space to hang out and play board games or make s’mores by the fire pit. We would definitely stay here again.
