The side door enters into a beautifully renovated, bright kitchen that includes new appliances and breakfast bar. The kitchen opens to a good size dining area with a table for 6 and flows into the living room, presenting an open floor plan. The dining room has sliders to the updated screened in porch with a gas fire pit table and chairs to enjoy on a cool evening. From the screened in porch enter a sun filled new family room, with cathedral ceiling for an evening of games, or delve into a new book in the privacy of a quiet backroom.
From the living room, enter the first floor bedrooms and bath through a stylish barn door that provides privacy for the hallway to the two bedrooms and bath. Bedroom one offers a king size bed in a spacious room, one wall has sliders with entry to the family room but are covered by curtains to provide privacy. Bedroom two is a good size with twin beds. The lower screened in deck contains an enclosed outdoor shower. "Cape Cod" backyard has access to a pine needle covered path that leads to a private association beach at Herring Pond. Cape Cod Rail Trail is super close as well. Standard for a Cape house, the stairs to the second floor are situated as you enter the front door in the living room. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are at either side of the landing, with the full bathroom straight ahead. Both bedrooms are bright and very spacious and include a full/queen size bed as well as twin beds.
