Cozy traditional Cape Cod house - 5 min from the beach!

This charming home has three bedrooms and two baths. The beautiful cathedral ceiling opens the living room, dining room and kitchen. Enjoy your grilled dinner on the open deck with a large table and chairs, and a warm evening lounging on the screened porch.

First Encounter Beach, located on Cape Cod Bay, is less than two miles away. You will not be disappointed if you visit First Encounter for a sunset, on a clear evening they are breathtaking. The entrance to the Cape Cod National Seashore is two miles away and is home to Coast Guard Beach on the Atlantic coast. Take advantage of the outdoor shower when you return from the beach with sand between your toes!

An entrance to the Cape Cod Rail Trail is located at the end of the street. It is a twenty-five-mile paved trail which was formerly a railroad line. The trail runs through the towns of Yarmouth, Dennis, Harwich, Brewster, Orleans, Eastham, and Wellfleet. Bring your running shoes, roller blades or bikes and enjoy the convenience of this beautiful trail.

Eastham has several popular restaurants close by. You will also be within five miles of Orleans with grocery stores, fresh seafood markets, restaurants, and entertainment.

Gorgeous little Cape house

Had a great time staying at this beautiful little property. Clean, spacious, 3 showers ( including an outdoor shower), sunporch, and exposed beam. Minutes from restaurants and beaches. What a great experience. We will absolutely be returning soon!

Wonderful stay in delightful Cape Cod house

We loved everything about our stay. The house is super clean, and each room was so comfortable. We enjoyed out time on the screened in porch. Perfect stay

We’re bikers so this location was very convenient to the trail as well as restaurants, the beaches and shopping. Located very close to Orleans. The outdoor shower was great to rinse off before we stepped into the spotlessly clean cozy house. We would definitely stay again and would bring beach towels.

The house had a perfect setup for the whole family, plus our dogs! We loved the screened in porch, deck, and fenced in yard. Plenty of space and a perfect location away from traffic but close to so many beach options. We had a fantastic time!!

Wonderful getaway

Loved our stay. Very clean, well appointed kitchen and wonderful screened in porch. The backyard is great with a big table, charcoal grill and fire pit with plenty of wood.The yard is lined with trees so feels secluded. Easy drive to many beaches and restaurants. We will be back!

Convenient location

We overall enjoyed our stay here due to location and a well stocked kitchen/nice showers. Our host was gracious as well. We did feel slightly damp in the rooms even with the wall units and the rooms were a little small for our big group but we made it work and overall enjoyed our stay. Outdoor screened patio was a great space.

Wonderful

We were 4 adults and 2 littles (3 and 8) girls. Celebrated granddaughter 8th bday and the very next day grandma’s 80th. Perfect spot near Close Encounter beach which was fantastic for the kids. Dinner at The Pearl Restaurant in Wellfleet was delightful. We had some rain and wished we had a clothes dryer which I forgot to request.

Family vacation on cape

We had 5 adults and fit comfortably. We spent most of our time in the backyard or the screened in porch. Location is perfect. Close to our favorite beaches, grocery store and fish market. House was very clean and owner was quick to answer our questions.

Wonderful

We had a lovely stay with our two adult daughters and their dogs. Comfortable home plenty of space for everyone to have their own room. Great location, walked the Cape Rail Trail, enjoyed a Monday night concert on the green, beautiful sunsets at the local beaches, bird watching at Fort Hill & Audubon, trail runs at Wiley Beach. We would return.

Comfortable Clean House!

This house was so comfortable from the moment we walked in! High ceilings in the living room/dining room made it feel spacious. Very nice kitchen and super clean! The whole house was super clean! Bedrooms were spacious as well. The proximity to the bike path is a real selling point! We will be back!!

Perfect Rental

Exactly as described. Great layout. Everything we needed. Very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the nearby trails for walking and discovered a beautiful pond. House was well equipped with everything needed for our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely rent this property again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this property. Although the weather could have been more cooperative, we still managed to get in all our activities
biking, kayaking and visiting friends! Everything that we needed was offered at the home including towels and beach chairs We were surprised and pleased that there was a fire pit!

So comfortable and plaesant

The house was wonderful for 4 adults. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms. The living room was comfortable; the kitchen was well appointed. I did bring some kitchen stuff, since I love cooking meals from scratch. The screen porch was nice to have and the outdoor shower was fabulous. It was very close to the First Encounter Beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and covers the basics

We had a nice 3 night stay in Eastham with our two boys under 2. The location was perfect to the Bay and Ocean. Close to the bike path and a beautiful drive through the marsh in the evening. The place had all the basics in the kitchens and the bedrooms. The living room has vaulted ceilings. There was a screenroom out back attached to an outdoor shower. We didn't use the deck, but that was also a nice bonus. All in all a solid place to stay in Eastham.

Fantastic Cape Cod House

Our family of 4 had 2 terrific weeks at this perfect Cape Cod house. It feels much bigger than the description suggests - more like 1500-1700 square feet, with a big open living-dining-kitchen space under high ceilings, plus 3 good-size bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The house in excellent condition, with modern appliances, good A/C in all rooms, and new kitchen and bath fixtures. Beds and bedding are good quality, and the whole house is furnished just right for a rental - not too much, and not too spartan. The kitchen is well-stocked to cook at home. There's plenty of beach-gear too. It's located on a quiet cul-de-sac under tall trees, and at the end of the street there's a hiking-biking trail. Spacious backyard is fully enclosed. Quick drive to beaches, restaurants, shops and the supermarket. The owner is extremely friendly, responsive and accommodating. We felt fortunate to have found this house, and would gladly return.
