The Space:

You'll be within walking distance of the Atlantic Ocean at this two-bedroom Eastham home, a comfortable Cape Cod cabin with a private deck, a firepit, and a wonderful location close to downtown, a bike path, and Nauset Light Beach. Beautifully secluded on a spacious property lined with trees, this single-level home sits just two miles north of Eastham Town Hall. You'll be down the street from a local bike path, one mile west of Nauset Light Beach and the Three Sisters Lighthouses, and two miles north of Coast Guard Beach. Step inside to take a break from the summer sunshine and be greeted by central air conditioning, WiFi, and wood-paneled walls that offer coziness and character. Leave your beach bag by the door as you take a nap on one of the sofas, make a bit of progress on a puzzle, or watch a DVD or cable show on the flatscreen TV. Turn on the stereo as you fix snacks, appetizers, or a homemade meal in the full kitchen, where you'll find plentiful wood cabinetry and standard appliances. Bring home local clams for a delicious seafood pasta, help chop vegetables at the kitchen table for four, and set the picnic table outside for dinner on the deck. Each morning, you can pack up the six provided beach chairs and spend the day sunbathing, swimming, and strolling on Nauset Light Beach. Come home in the afternoon to rinse off in the outdoor shower, light the gas grill for a barbecue, and tell stories around the firepit into the evening hours. With two bedrooms and one full bathroom, this Eastham home will accommodate eight guests. You'll find one full-size bed in the master bedroom, as well as a full-size bed and a twin bunk bed in the guest room. The living room offers a sleeper sofa for additional space, and the one bathroom features a stall shower. Whether you're escaping to the Outer Cape with your family or friends, you'll find comfort, convenience, and an abundance of charm and beauty in Eastham. Hop on your bikes to spend the day at Nauset Light Beach, Coast Guard Beach, or one of the town's 12 bay beaches. You'll be four miles north of First Encounter Beach, the site of the first meeting between the Pilgrims and Native Americans. Head eight miles south to swim and boogie board on Nauset Beach, which stretches from Orleans to Chatham, or go seven miles further to the ever-popular Chatham Lighthouse Beach. Take a drive 22 miles north to Provincetown to set sail with Dolphin Fleet Whale Watch, and end the evening with a movie and a dose of nostalgia at the Wellfleet Drive-In Theatre just one mile from home. Perfect size and location

This place was great! Very close to the beach and big backyard with a fire pit was awesome to have at night. Couldn’t ask for much more for a weekend away with friends.

Small place, but good for small family. Lots of room in the yard for games of catch or lawn games around the BBQ. Washer/Dryer and dishwasher would've been nice but you get what you pay for. Overall pretty happy with the place for the location. Turkeys in the yard every morning.

Everything you need

This was a private house near the beach. Nice outdoor deck with grill and a nice private yard. The house has every basic necessity you need. Very close to all the beaches and stores. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again.

Cozy Cabin with Well-Stocked Kitchen

This cabin has a kitchen with almost all the amenities you may need to prepare meals. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking meals together. There were ample towels provided, both for the bathroom and for the kitchen. We used the awesome grill on the deck. We enjoyed our stay at this Eastham property.

Nice place

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and the location was private. My only objections - there wasn't enough toilet paper, and some of the burners on the stove didn't work, which made it difficult to cook full meals. Other than that, I would recommend this place.

Suitable for our family of four

Property felt private and secluded which was nice. The accommodations were basic and comfortable for our family. The shed has beach chairs and other beach things which was a plus for us. Nauset Light beach was a short drive or 15 minute bike ride away and the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path was about a 5 minute bike ride from the property.

Perfect location & attentive management

The place is very cute, clean, and well-stocked. Location is ideal - just a mile from Nauset Light Beach. We had a small issue with the door that was immediately fixed. Can’t say enough good things about the experience. One small helpful hint for traveler packing - you’ll want to bring a hair dryer if you use one.

Nice little cabin

We had a great weekend. We enjoyed the firepit and the BBq. We were 6 girls so the outdoor shower helped us a lot to be ready on time to go out ;) The air conditionning was working well and I couldnt live without it.

We love the location. The furniture has been updated compared to the pictures. The mattresses were not the most comfortable, but the couch was a good alternative. Some of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work. The closet did not function well as it kept falling. There is no washer/dryer, I think that is just a standard description. There was a very full game closet that we loved! Walking distance to the beach! WiFi was great. Had a good selection of pots and pans.

Sweet place, one problem

The house is very nice, the deck is spacious, the yard is extensive. The furnishings are attractive. The listing indicates the presence of a laundry, but that does not exist. I suspect it may be VRBO listing that and the host not noticing. The WiFi was out, but a strong 5G phone signal worked for me.

Lovely stay on the cape

The house was nice - clean and tidy. The best part is the location. It’s an easy mile walk to nauset light beach but also great location for any other outer cape beaches. Great outdoor shower for post beach days. The one downside was the photos were not updated from the remodel of the furniture. The new furniture is lovely but we were looking forward to the pullout couches. Other than that it was a great house for a September cape weekend.

Best house Eva!!!!!!!

Provided us with a spacious outdoor shower, a full functioning kitchen, a comfortable toilet, and lots of sitting areas. My friends and I rented to this to have a fun getaway together, and we loved it!!! We enjoyed the can tree and even added to it ourselves 🥰 We also took our the wine decorations as decorations and felt like we were in a 5 star penthouse. We thank the owners for their kindness and generosity.

Good stay

Stay was good. Place is pretty small, but it's cape cod so they all are. Good kitchen, super close to the beach. 2 bedrooms, one has 3 beds, other has 1. Bathroom doesn't have a lock on the door which was a little annoying. These are just nitpicks though. Really good place overall, 5 stars!

Pleasant stay

The yard was lovely, and we really spent most of our time out there. Fire pit was great, the wi-fi reached outside (and was reliable), outdoor shower was very handy. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed (we did bring our own coffee apparatus). House was clean, comfortable, AC worked well (only needed this one day—fans were great otherwise). Location was fantastic. The only thing missing was a comfortable mattress in the master bedroom. Otherwise, perfect!
