The Spot is located opposite a local surf break called Spot. Up a hill and with 180 degree views of the ocean you won't want to leave this oasis high above the Great Ocean Road.

The large spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining zone takes full advantage of the views and itâs the perfect place to spend time with your family and friends. The Spot is a five bedroom, three bathroom house that comfortably accommodates ten people. The property is well zoned for families or two couples, with separate sitting areas.
Upstairs: Living areas, master bedroom with ensuite, two double bedrooms and bathroom with hidden laundry.
Downstairs: Two bedrooms (one double and one twin singles) and a bathroom. A games room with a ping pong table, great for the kids and adults alike. There is also a small living area and gaming set up.
With Wifi , heating and cooling, ceiling fans and a fire box, The Surf Spot has all the modern amenities allowing you to be able to relax in comfort all year round.
You have a choice of two outdoor areas with plenty of outdoor seating to entertain friends and family: an expansive sundeck capturing the stunning ocean views at the front, or a sheltered courtyard with a BBQ that backs on to state forest at the rear.
With its contemporary, coastal feel, world class ocean views and bedding for 10 this property has everything you need for a great beachside escape.
