This picturesque home is on over 1.3 acres of land in the Pocono Mountains. Many lakes, shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities are within five miles — only 13 minutes from Shawnee Ski Mountain.

This beautiful minimalist home features over one acre of greenery and an airy design on a private cul-de-sac. The house was recently professionally designed and fully renovated with all brand-new appliances and furniture. It has three spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and the game room. Also, a family room and a living room.

This home can comfortably sleep up to twelve people but can accommodate many more. The driveway fits up to eight cars.

Hot tub: Soak in the hot tub and feel the muscles relax. Enjoy it under the fairy lights at night or during the day. The hot tub is available anytime all year round.

Swimming Pool: Above-ground pool to cool down in the hot summers.

Firepit: 9-seater fire pit to warm up conversations and roast marshmallows.

Large Deck: With a view of the woods, brand-new patio furniture & BBQ grill. Propane tanks and all tools are available to guests.

Bedroom 1: One king bed, cushioned rocking chair, nightstand drawers, and luggage racks. In the closet is a folding crib with a mattress and sheets.

Bedroom 2: One queen bed, twin futon, nightstands, and a luggage rack.

Bedroom 3: One twin bed with trundle, One bunk bed with trundle, a sleeper chair, two nightstands, and a luggage rack. (This room can sleep 6).

Bathrooms: 3 Full baths with bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink in all bathrooms.

Family room: Extra-large sectional configurable sofa seats twelve comfortably and converts to two queen beds. Enjoy your favorite movies on the 75” smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney+, Showtime, etc.

We have an ergonomic chair and desk with high-speed internet for remote workers. Power outlets are available under the desk to charge your various office gadgets.

Game Room: Garage fully converted to a game room. Convertible sofa and 65″ mounted smart TV for video games (bring your console), pool table, table tennis, foosball, darts, and board games. Well-heated with beautiful ambient ceiling LED lighting.

Living Room: Seating for seven and “picture perfect” Bay Window.

Dining Room: Open concept connected with kitchen, living room, 8-person dining table with a view of the woods, and the bay window.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and beautifully themed chinaware and silverware set to impress any gathering.

Laundry Room: Brand new washer and dryer, a laundry hamper, and complimentary detergent. There is also an iron and ironing board. There are cleaning supplies if needed.

We provide paper towels in the kitchen, basic spices, hand soap, toilet paper, and garbage bags. The rooms have towels, pillows, comforters, an airbed, and sheets.

Guest check-in: It is a self-check-in using a smart lock. You will receive a code for the lock after you book. You have full access to the house except for a utility room. The shed has extra supplies and a code lock, provided for guests if needed.

We will request the ID of the person making the booking and one more adult guest for security purposes only (privacy assured).

Strictly no smoking indoors.

No pets.

No fireworks.

Quiet hours are from 9:30 pm-8 am; please respect the neighbors.

No loud music near the pool.

Security cameras with video and audio recordings are outside only for security and liability purposes. They are located over the porch, driveway, deck, and pool.

If you have more than 12 guests, you can let us know, and we can make arrangements for the extra guests at an extra charge.

If any rules are not followed, or damages occur, there can be extra fees/fines.
