GUEST ACCESS

âą Guests must e-sign a mandatory Penn Estates Community Short-Term Registration Form prior to arrival to gain access into the community
âą Form will be sent upon booking. You will need to provide your email, full names of all guests, if under/over age 21 and all cars (max 4 cars).
âą The HOA registration fee is included in your total price
âą If you do not complete the registration by 5pm at least 3 days prior to arrival, the HOA charges an extra $25 expedited registration fee which you would be responsible for
âą POOL HOURS: please message to confirm outdoor pool hours. Outdoor pools are open daily from June 21, 2025 to Labor Day, generally from 11am-7pm.
***PROPERTY USE & LIABILITY WAIVER*** Guests will also need to e-sign a property use and liability waiver to use the house amenities including the hot tub and firepits.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
âą REMEMBER TO BRING âą coffee, milk, sugar, sâmores supplies, bathing suits, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, sunblock, bug spray, sports equipment to play tennis, volleyball or basketball (we provide 4 pickle rackets to use), fishing rods (PA fishing license neededâfill out online), kayak or canoe
âą NATURE-Y THINGS âą The chalet is located in a very wooded setting. You may encounter wild animals (mostly deer), spiders, flying insects and more critters.
âą BURN BANS âą From time to time, the community may issue burn bans where firepits cannot be lit due to increased risk of wildfires (but you can use the BBQ gas grill). There is a $500 fine if you light a firepit during a burn ban.
âą POOL & OTHER AMENITY CLOSURES âą The community may close pools, lakes and other amenities due to weather, power outages or other circumstances. We have no control over this and cannot issue a refund if they are not available for use.

âą EARLY CHECK IN/OUT: We offer early check in/out options for a small fee subject to availability. Please inquire for more details.
âą CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS: Please turn lights off, turn down heat/AC, close all windows, lock the doors, bring trash out, return badges. Failure to remove garbage and recycling upon check out will result in a fine of $25/per bag imposed by the cleaners.
âą RENTERS, GUESTS & MAX OCCUPANCY: All guests must be registered on the HOA registration form. Visitors are not allowed. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. No third party bookings (the booker has to be staying at the house, you cannot book on behalf of someone else). Home occupancy not to exceed 8 adults and 4 cars.
âą IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION: Your stay will be immediately terminated without refund for violating rules on pets, parties, max occupancy, smoking and tampering with Wifi and security devices.
âą PET VIOLATIONS: Guest will pay any additional pet cleaning fees as assessed by the cleaners.
âą COMMUNITY RULES: Zero tolerance fireworks policy, guest will pay $500 fine. Zero tolerance burning a firepit during a community-wide burn ban (signs are posted at all entrance gates), guest will pay $500 fine. Quiet hours 9pm (Sun-Thu) and 10pm (Fri-Sat), guest will pay noise violation ticket. Speed Limit is 25 mph unless otherwise posted, guest will pay speeding ticket.
âą FIRE SAFETY: Gas grill, electric range, propane firepit and wood burning firepit must be used responsibly and attended at all times. If propane tank runs out, you can refill or exchange it nearby and we will reimburse you. Firepit must be extinguished fully. Smoking, vaping, candles and incense are not allowed in the house or on the deck.
âą OWNERâS BELONGINGS: supply closet and crawl space shall remain locked. All items in the home are the property of the owners. Cleaning staff does an inventory check at each turnover. Additional fees will apply for any missing or damaged items.
âą DAMAGE FEES: Renter is liable for any and all damage to the property during their stay. All damage must be reported immediately to the owner. Stickers, tape, markers, paints, glitter, glue, slime and putty are not allowed. Additional fees will apply for any damages these items cause.
