These 5 bedrooms in this home are truly designed for style & comfort, each with their own smart TV! There are 3 bedrooms on the main level. The master bedroom has a king bed, seating area, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total) — each bunk has a 150-pound weight limit. The third bedroom has a king bed.

Downstairs, the fourth & fifth bedrooms have 1 king bed in each.

There are 3 full, modern bathrooms throughout this home. On the main floor, the master ensuite bathroom has a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Right down the hall, the second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. Downstairs, the third bathroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only.

The new, modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all you'll need during your stay (including a coffee maker & coffee pods).

The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 8 more people (+ 4 countertop seats & outdoor dining). This space is truly sleek & stylish!

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
