Beautiful Large Chalet close to all Pocono Attractions

Hello and thank you for visiting our listing. Please note that two other properties are available for you at property # 9275624ha, and property # 4441668ha

Welcome to this beautifully designed and appointed Chalet that has it all. 4 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. There's a Large Living/Dining Area with a wood-burning fireplace right as you enter. Right behind is Living Room with a TV, Large Sofa and a Pool Table. Kitchen has all you may need to cook your meals and the Laundry Room has a full-size washer and dryer. There's a full-size Ping Pong Table in the Sun Room that leads out to the deck with a gas grill on it.

This is a perfect place for your vacation or a simply weekend getaway. It's located only 90 miles or 90 minutes away from New York City in a peaceful, amenity-filled community.

All year round you can enjoy Aquatopia and Kalahari Water Parks, Crossing Outlet Mall, and other malls in the vicinity of the house. Multiplex movie theater is located in one of the malls so a movie night out is possible.

In the summer you can have fun at Camel Beach outdoor water park, as well as two great community pools, lake beach and multiple playgrounds for kids. 10 amenity passes are included with the rental and no pass is required for children under 5.

Winter activities like Camelback Mountain Ski Resort and Shawnee Mountain Ski Resort are within 15 to 20 minutes easy drive. Blue Mountain Ski Resort is also within easy drive of around 40 minutes from the house.

Home is equipped with all new kitchen appliances including dishwasher, microwave, coffe maker. If you like to cook outside, there's a BBQ on the deck. Washer and dryer is also available for you to use.

There's of course a flat screen, internet connected TV in the Living Room and all bedrooms.

The community is filled with amenities. There are 2 pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, lake with swimming beach and kids playground, and a lake where you can fish.

For those concerned with safety, no worries at all. Within a 10 minute drive from the house, there are few urgent care facilities and a brand new hospital.

EXCLUSIONS
Unfortunately, due to insurance policy we are unable to rent our home to anyone under 23.

Due to community rules and out of respect to our neighbors, all rental inquiries for proms, graduation gatherings and any other parties will be respectfully declined. Small, family birthdays can be approved prior to booking.

CAMERAS
There are security cameras that are not monitored and recordings are automatically deleted.. Cameras are installed for our guests' safety and are recording outside areas only.

Beautiful and Spacious home for two families

Great House

This house setup was great for 3 branches of our extended family to stay at. The whole center of the house has plenty of room and chairs for lots of people, and the pool table and table tennis table were a big hit. Highly recommend for large groups up to 10.

Winter vacation

Excellent experience! The house is beautiful and has everything you need! We loved the large family room as well as the ping pong room. Very close to sky resorts. The home owner was prompt to answer our questions and she even let us stay a little bit longer the check out time. Will definitely go back and recommend this property to friends and family.

Reunion with friends

Our two families (seven total) fit very comfortably in the house. We played games in front of the wood fire, enjoyed ping pong and pool tables, watched movies, and cooked our meals in the house. The owners were responsive, communicative, and very kind to us.

Perfect relaxing getaway

My parents and I were looking for a toddler friendly location in the poconos. This house was perfect! One level! Playground in backyard, close to toddler friendly lake, playground and pool. The house was beautifully maintained and worked perfectly for us. I think it would really well for older kids too. Tom was very responsive to all inquiries. We hope to return again next year.

Thanksgiving in the Poconos

We are 3 families and 3 generations spending Thanksgiving together in this beautiful home and everyone had an awesome time! The open concept layout, high ceilings and multiple skylights made it feel very light and so spacious. Having everything on one floor made easy access for my elderly parents to be a part of every thing. The pool table and ping pong table were big hits. And greatly appreciated our hosts allowing us an earlier check in so I could get Thanksgiving dinner ready and allowed us extra check out time. Altogether a wonderful home away from home and would love to stay here again!

Perfect for our 3-households family gathering

This extremely clean, well equipped, and large property matched what is shown in the photos and was a perfect home base for us. We had gathered for a family funeral with an extra day tacked on so we could take long walks and enjoy the community pool and lake. Plus, the in-house pool table and ping pong table were so popular they were in constant use. The surprise was seeing deer alongside the roads so frequently! Olga and Tom were very responsive to any questions we have before or during our stay. Did I mention that everything about this house was super clean and spacious? We were quite pleased with our stay!

It feels as though you just stepped into a showroom

This house is so gorgeous. Every room is decorated as though it is from a showroom or a catalog. The ceilings are high; the house is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood is so quiet that you will have a peaceful night's sleep. The owners are very responsive and handled any questions that we had very quickly. The house is located near Bushkill Falls, Delaware Gap National Park and other parks with outstanding paths - making it a perfect location for enjoying the bets of the Poconos. I highly recommend this clean house. It will immediately feel like home.

Welcome and Airy Home

This home is a great one-level property, spacious and filled with lots of natural light. The home was clean and the owners were very responsive (and quick!). There were also kids toys and a tennis table in the game room which was a nice plus for our kids. We used the community pool and gym and found both to be great. Our kids loved the kiddie pool too (a great option for little ones as it’s only about a foot deep). It’s also quite closer to Great Wolf Lodge and the outlets etc. I even lost my earring and asked the owner if they could keep an eye out for it. I was pleasantly surprised when they not only found it but sent it back to me (it had much sentimental value!).

This cabin was perfect. The owners were very responsive and it was very clean. It was so spacious but also cozy, and we had such a nice and relaxing weekend. Everyone was so impressed. Close enough to the supermarket and activities but far enough away to feel “away”. Thank you!
