If you are looking for the perfect location with an outstanding view. This is the place for you. We sit on 9 acres overlooking the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix. You can rent a watercraft directly across the road at Summertime rental. Take one of our canoes down the Jordan river and float all the way back home. There are two public beaches less than a mile away in either direction. Next to the Tourist Park, there are tennis and basketball courts. We have two wedding venues less than two miles away, The Jordan Valley Barn and the Boathouse. Castle Farms and Charlevoix are 9 miles away. Boyne Mt and Boyne city are 10 miles away. This is a multi-family home and can sleep 16. There are living rooms in the upper and lower level of the house. So, the kids can be downstairs and have their own privacy, with room to play. If the kids are adventurous, bring sleeping bags and they can pitch our tent in the yard. They should have no problem being entertained. We have two Smart TVs, board games, horseshoes, cornhole, two canoes and a firepit with a beautiful view. East Jordan is still a quiet little town but up and coming. You can fish, hunt, hike, mountain bike, boat, float and many more things, right here in East Jordan. In the winter the snowmobile trail goes right behind the house and of course Boyne Mt for skiing.
