This private 3 bedroom condo is located just steps from the Sea of Cortez where the ocean water is warm year round and the beaches are beautiful from sunrise to sunset. The condo is spacious, with amazing ocean views and a private deck and patio. Enjoy reconnecting with the stars, nature, and your loved ones here at our white sand beaches and turquoise waters.
The space
The building is a beautiful colonial style located in a gated community called Vinoramas Diamante , just about 40 minutes from San Jose del Cabo. There is a friendly, bi-lingual attendant at the gate 24/7 who can always answer any questions you have about the area. You will access the area via a very well maintained dirt road. We suggest buying all your groceries in the San Jose Del Cabo before heading out to this off-the-grid paradise. Drinking water is provided, we have a spring water dispenser with both hot and cold water. The condo is run on solar power making this a low carbon footprint vacation spot for you and your family to enjoy. The private Vinoramas Diamante is walking distance to a fine dining restaurant making for a unique los cabos experience. Please note that beach access requires the use of stairs.
There are new air conditioning units in each bedroom, something you will not find at most rentals, making your stay here as comfortable as possible. Because this is an off-the-grid location, powered by solar with a back-up generator, we do ask that you please do your best to conserve water and electricity during your stay. We thank you for your conservation efforts.
Guest access
Wifi and a smart TV are provided, though we doubt you will want to be checking your email or watching the game when there is all the swimming, snorkeling, whale watching, beach combing, and sunbathing the beach has to offer. Not to mention the world class surf. We provide beach necessities including beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and an EZ up sunshade. Access to the pool area and laundry are included. We are excited to share our little piece of paradise with you and are happy to answer any questions you have about the area.
