Bathrooms: Conveniently, the first floor includes one full bathroom and one half-bath, while the second floor offers another full bathroom. A half-bath is also available in the basement.
Entertainment: Gather in the downstairs room equipped with a ping pong table for some friendly competition.
Outdoor Oasis: Relax in the nice yard with a patio area, perfect for outdoor dining or lounging. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower.
