#StayInMyDistrict Eagle Ridge Escape! Our Eagle Ridge townhome is the perfect choice for your next Treasure Valley getaway. Located in one of Eagle’s most desirable new communities, this beautiful townhouse offers resort-style amenities, stylish comfort, and quick access to both Eagle and Star.This newly built home features modern design, high ceilings, and abundant natural light. Every space has been furnished with quality and guest comfort in mind.

Main Level –The main floor welcomes you with an open, airy living room designed for gathering and relaxation. A large sectional and comfortable chairs for seating with warm tones create a space that feels both fresh and cozy. The 55” Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi make it perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows.

The kitchen is sleek and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island with bar seating for 3. Whether you’re cooking a quick breakfast or a family dinner, you’ll find everything you need, including cookware, utensils, and small appliances.

The dining area comfortably seats six and opens seamlessly to the living space—perfect for family meals or game night.

A separate office with desk and lamp and a comfortable sofa sleeper provides the ideal setup for remote work or additional sleeping space. There is also a Smart TV in the office!
A powder room is conveniently located off the main living area in the hallway close to the office.

Sliding patio doors lead to a private fenced backyard with Adirondack chairs arranged around a gas firepit, creating the perfect atmosphere for conversation and stargazing under Idaho’s big skies.

UPSTAIRS – BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Primary Suite: The spacious Primary Bedroom features a plush King bed with crisp linens and calming dĂ©cor. A dresser and nightstands with warm lamps make reading in bed easy. A large walk-in closet with plenty of storage and a luggage rack add comfort and convenience. The ensuite bathroom includes dual vanities, a glass-enclosed shower, a private toilet room, and modern fixtures throughout—bright, elegant, and perfectly designed for relaxing mornings. Shampoo, Conditioner, & Body Wash, included. Paper products, a hair dryer and quality linens provided for guest comfort.

The 2nd upstairs bedroom includes a King bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, nightstands and lamps for guest convenience. There is a spacious closet with luggage rack and hangers for clothing. Simple, modern touches that make it feel like home.

The hallway Full Bath located between the bedrooms includes a full tub/shower combo and toilet with a separate door between the spacious vanity, fully stocked with premium towels, paper products, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The laundry room is located upstairs for easy access and includes a full-size washer and dryer for guest use.

SHARED COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Guests at Eagle Ridge enjoy exclusive access to the community pool, hot tub, pickleball courts, BBQ area, and play structure located just steps away. These amenities must be accessed using a key card. There is a $100 replacement fee for lost key card and the card must be checked out to utilize the amenities. The neighborhood is walkable, beautifully landscaped, and ideal for both families and business travelers seeking a peaceful, upscale stay. The Neighborhood:
Nestled between Eagle and Star, this property offers the perfect blend of small-town charm and city convenience. The home sits in the Eagle Ridge community, a quiet, semi-rural area surrounded by open skies and rolling foothills, yet only minutes from shops, dining, and recreation. Downtown Eagle is just 3 to 5 miles away, about a 5 to 10-minute drive, where you’ll find boutique shopping, local breweries, and restaurants such as Rembrandts and Bardenay, as well as the popular Eagle Saturday Market held at Heritage Park from May through October. Eagle Island State Park is approximately 8 to 12 minutes away and offers a 545-acre outdoor playground for swimming, paddleboarding, picnicking, and winter tubing at Gateway Parks. The Boise River Greenbelt can be reached in about 10 to 15 minutes, offering over 25 miles of scenic pathways for biking or walking along the river. Getting Around:
A car is recommended for exploring the Treasure Valley. There is parking for two vehicles in the attached garage and additional space in the driveway. Boise Airport is approximately 25 minutes away.

~ COMMUNITY AMENITIES may occasionally be unavailable. Stay in My District cannot guarantee the availability of community amenities, as temporary closures may occur due to maintenance, repairs, or seasonal operating schedules.
~You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.

Interaction with Guests:
We do not live on-site but are available via text, phone, or email throughout your stay. Our local property manager is nearby for assistance or emergencies.
