No parties or large gatherings are permitted.

Pets may be allowed with prior approval and a pet fee.

A starter supply of essentials is provided (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, coffee), but longer stays may require restocking.

The home has exterior cameras for security purposes only — no cameras inside the property.
