You will be Camping in a vintage 1966 Shasta Camper with Heater, Stove, Fridge, Sink (for use with water jug), dining area and full size bed. Laundry access on site is free twice per week... an enclosed outdoor shower and Toilet with Vanity also available for use (shared space). Inside the camper closets, shelves, and cabinets to put things away and keep tidy. Smart TV and Wifi is on board. Backyard include fire pit, Gas Grill with cooktop. and Fridge and Freezer on site to use

You will be camping in a rural residential area. Minutes to downtown.
5 minutes to popular bars, restaurants and coffee.
12 minutes to Duke Campus and Hospital.
10 min to Durham Regional Hospital and Northgate Mall.
RDU Airport is 20 min

I’m sorry to have to announce this, but no animals can be in this space. I am very allergic to cats and dogs. I’ve had years of extensive allergy shots and been allergic my whole life with swelling eyes, sinus infections and shortness of breath due to spaces where animals have been. Thank you in advance for understanding and respecting my condition. I love animals despite not being able to enjoy them fully. and NO SMOKING in or around the camper!
I am available via text if you have an iPhone and What's App using my phone number even if I'm traveling abroad. I am a touring musician and am reachable most of the time unless I'm on stage. If you don't have an iPhone and don't use What's App, the Air BnB messing is the next best way to reach me. I’m available via Phone Call and Text. You may bump into me doing things around the property.

This is in a rural residential area with neighbors. It’s a relaxed environment with other guests a stones throw away. Being neat and tidy in your space and around the camper is important as well as being mindful of the other guests. It’s expected that you pitch in and clean up after yourself in all shared spaces. Laundry room is free to use from 10am - 10pm :-)

Uber, and Lyft are available from this location... Walmart and Dollar Tree are one mile down the street.

Shared Facilities: The large individual use enclosed Shower is Outdoors with Hot Water, Large Mirror, and Good Vibes. It is located on the porch of the nearby Cottage about 20 feet from the Camper. I recommend a Robe to walk to and from shower. Please check the photos of this space. The Bathroom with Toilet and Vanity are in a separate space than the shower and also shown in the photos. The Laundry Room is in a room at the back of the main house and is also shared by the camping guests between 10am & 10pm. There is a Gas Grill and a Fire Pit, Picnic Tables and Patio in the Common Area between the Campers. You will see dogs, cats and typical North Carolina insects as you are “camping” :-)

No Smoking in or around Camper No Smoking inside
Please clean dishes
Do not leave leftovers in fridge
You may leave sealed packaged goods behind.

Please clean up after yourself and leave cottage in condition as if you had not even been there.
