Just take the elevator to the ground floor and you are steps away from the Six Pack lift. Our single level 500 Sq. Ft. studio condo (Unit 320) is located on the 3rd floor of the Eolus building which is located in the heart of the main plaza - making your vacation as convenient as possible. The views of the Needles mountain range from the balcony are amazing.

There is also a wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided) as well as free high-speed wireless internet and the kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, pots/pans etc., refrigerator and a washer/dryer are located in the unit. The studio has a bunk bed adjacent to the entry (vs a pull out sofa in the main living space) offering a bit more space and seclusion then most studios which have the pull out sofa next to the bed.

There is one assigned parking space on the 2nd floor of the building and additional vehicles can be parked in the main ski lot. The Eolus building features 2 hot tubs (year around).

Due to HOA rules, all condos in the building are not pet friendly. Please do not bring your pets/emotional support animals.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
