Welcome to our Durango retreat nestled in the Ponderosa pines of the stunning San Juan mountains, and just minutes away from historic downtown Durango. Our private home offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, while being a short 10 minute drive from the charming town of Durango. Relax in comfort in our cozy living room, unwind by the wood burning stove after a day of adventure, or step out onto the deck to savor the crisp mountain air. With easy access to skiing, hiking, and all of the wonders of the San Juan Mountains, your unforgettable Colorado getaway awaits!

Our beautiful home is located in the Rafter J subdivision, just minutes from Durango. Our comfortable home has accommodations for 6 and provides:

We also provide complimentary coffee (ground coffee) and tea. There is a drip coffee maker for your use, as well as an array of cookware and spices. Our home is also pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs and the pet fee is $40/day (with a max of $300 per stay).

Our home is 30 minutes from Mesa Verde National Park, 45 mins to Purgatory Resort with a slew of summer and fall activities and skiing in the winter, 10 minutes from Lake Nighthorse and the historic Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad.
