Durango Ski Area [formerly known as Purgatory Ski Area] is 14 miles or 17 minute drive away from property



Other Things to Note:

The HOA at this property is very particular and their rules state: "Guest parking is limited. Parking of vehicles such as boats, trailers, campers, toys, RV’s, or non-personal business vehicles are prohibited in parking spaces. These should be stored “off-site” from Pine Acres." Please make sure your vehicle is not a commercial vehicle (no writing, logos or wraps) and you are not bringing boats, trailers, campers or RVs or we will be calling you asking you to relocate these items.

Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate."

The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.

We accept dogs not cats for an additional $120 nonrefundable pet fee
