Summary:

This cozy unit is located at Purgatory Resort and is ski-in-ski out with a rooftop hot tub! Guests of our unit also have access to the Durango Mountain Club pool, hot tub and fitness center located across the plaza from the unit.



The Space:

The studio condo is 345 square feet with a queen murphy bed, daybed with trundle bed. The daybed and trundle bed are perfect for two small children but can accommodate adult sleepers. In addition to the unit amenities listed through Airbnb, this unit offers so much more!



Onsite, year-round, heated outdoor pool, two hot tubs, workout facilities, sauna, steam showers and day spa. With our club membership our guests get exclusive usage of these amenities.



Kitchenette in the unit includes refrigerator, microwave, George Forman grill, Crock-Pot, two burner hot plate, toaster oven, kettle, coffee maker, pots and pans. Dishes, silverware and glassware for four is also provided.



If you want to stay connected we have wi-fi, cable tv, DVD player, a selection of family friendly DVD's, along with HDMI cables to connect your portable device to the tv.



Within the unit we also have available for your use children books, kid toys, board games and puzzles.



If you forgot some essentials we probably have you covered. We have a variety of hotel shampoos, soaps and packaged toothbrushes. If you can't find it in our unit, the Deli, located on the first floor, sells personal care items and basic food items.



Three restaurants are located onsite in the Plaza at Purgatory Resort just steps away from this unit.



No smoking or pets are allowed in the unit.



Guest Access:

Designated garage and parking lot for building guests. Garage is available first-come, first-served.



The Neighborhood:

The Kendall building where our unit is located is located in the heart of Purgatory Resort. You will park your car and never have need to drive again until you're heading back home. Please visit the Purgatory Resort website for additional activities and amenities that are offered onsite.



Getting Around:

Walking around the area is the best way to get around Purgatory.



Other Things to Note:

*Durango Mountain Club * Not all units at Purgatory Resort have access to the pool, hot tub, spa and fitness center, but this one does! Because we are members of the club you have the opportunity to use the onsite amenities as our guests.



City Market on the North side of town and Walmart in Durango offer online ordering that can be picked up at the store. Please see their website for details.



Summer activities at Purgatory Resort in the Plaza are open Father's Day through Labor Day. Please check their website for operating hours and ticket pricing.



There are three restaurants and bar options in the Plaza. Hours vary depending on the business of the season. We recommend checking the website prior to making plans.

We can be reached thru the app with any concerns or questions. For property-specific questions there is a 24-hour front desk agent onsite who can assist you.
