Awesome Mountain Views | Cascade Village Condo | Free Ski Shuttle+Heated Pool

Our two bedroom Cascade Village condo (Unit 55) includes a full kitchen, cozy living room with wood-burning fireplace and private balcony with outstanding, panoramic mountain views. Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes).

The open main level has the kitchen, dining room, second bedroom, full bath and laundry. The upper-level master bedroom has a loft configuration but is separate and private from the main level. In addition to the king size bed, there is a double size bed (and TV) through the bathroom in the space with the deck.

Bed Configuration (All Bedrooms have TVs):
Master Bedroom - King Bed plus double bed in separate space thru the bathroom
2nd Bedroom - Double and Twin beds including one bunk

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Cascade Village, are NOT pet friendly and trailers are not allowed.

As with all properties in the area, the condo does not have AC. Given the day times highs are rarely above 80 while the lows are in the 40s. Open the windows after the sun is behind the mountains and then close them in the morning along with the blinds that face west. This will keep the house plenty cool.

Purgatory offers a complimentary ski shuttle to our Cascade rental guests on a set schedule 1-2 times in the AM and PM during the ski season, on a first come first serve basis. Details will be provided in your rental instructions.

On-site amenities at Cascade Village include an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs and game room with pool table, foosball and several arcade games. There is also a gym, outdoor tennis court (summer and fall only) and a ski rental shop.

All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps. In late 2020 Cascade Village moved from cable TV service to all streaming services. While in-house, guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. Reliable fiber optic service means guests can stream on multiple devices during their stay.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
