Golden Feather Getaway at Tamarron Resort (HighPoint #552) is our studio condo featuring a full kitchen, one full bath with modern updates, and a private deck. It’s situated in a peaceful escape, set amidst the beautiful scenic mountain valley. Wifi speeds are appx 100+ mbps. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions.

King bed, sleeper sofa, smart TV. The kitchen has a nice sized refrigerator and induction stovetop and toaster oven. Also a dishwasher, microwave, crockpot, waffle maker, french press and coffee pot. There are 2 chairs on the deck facing west views of trees, red cliffs, and the golf course. 2 small deck chairs for young kids are stored in the closet.

ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to purgatory on weekends - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot.

LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

Coin laundry in the guest service building in the center of the HighPoint parking lot.
Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets.
No smoking / vaping of any kind is allowed
Trailers are discouraged as there is very limited, designated space to park trailers - if you plan to bring one, please inquire first.
AWD or 4WD or tire chains is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Loved the porch - perfect for coffee every morning while enjoying the view. Comfy King-sized bed and lots of pillows. Mineshaft restaurant was delicious with wonderful staff. Would love to stay here again.

10/10 recommend this property! The whole area is gorgeous and quiet. The restaurants on site were so good, especially Prospector! The condo was cozy and clean and stocked with everything we needed! We would definitely book this property again!

Property was very clean. Nice, quite and relaxing. Definitely the right location away from the main crowd, if that's what you're looking for. 17 miles to Durango and 30 to Silverton, makes for a nice drive for activities.

Great location with beautiful scenery. Very clean, very comfortable.

The room was perfect for our stay! Great food storage & everything you need to make something to eat in the room. The bed was very comfortable & we had the best view of the mountains. Our kids loved the pools we all had a blast! The room had a small water heater though & for all 4 of us to shower in the morning there wasn't enough hot water so we bathed the kids at night & my fiance & I showered in the morning & problem solved. Other than that we were all very happy with our stay!

Lovely condo at the Tamarron resort

My mom and I had a great stay in this condo at the resort. Everything was just as pictured and there's a great view out of the patio sliding glass doors. We had one minor problem that was resolved quickly and easily. The condo is about 20 to 25 minutes from Durango so great location if you want to do some touristy things but also want to be out in nature a bit.

We had a lovely stay in this cozy condo . The kitchen was small but well stocked for light cooking . Unit had good storage for food and clothing so you could unpack and be very settled in . We golfed the Glacier Golf Course on site and it is a beautiful course . Would rent this unit again

Great stay

Room was great. Bed was comfy. The whole condo was super cute. (Just wish water pressure was better in shower.). That would be my only negative, otherwise it’s a beautiful property. Great views from Balcony. Hot tub and pool were nice as well. :).
