Royal Ride at Tamarron Resort (Lodge #319) is our studio condo with kitchenette, conveniently located near the resort amenities including golf course, heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. It is 10 minutes to the ski resort and 20 minutes to downtown Durango. Good wifi with 100+ mbps.

Our studio condo, featuring a nicely equipped kitchenette and one full bath, is conveniently located adjacent to all of the resort amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions.

Nicely updated with a kitchenette with a toaster oven, microwave, stovetop burners, and large fridge. The updated bathroom has a combination tub/shower with modern accents like large marble tiled walls. The condo also features a comfortable queen bed, sleeper sofa, spacious wardrobe, large flat-screen TV over an electric fireplace, and great views! The dining table seats four (4) people.

ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to purgatory on weekends - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot.

LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

VRC CANCELLATION POLICY: At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. When booking directly with Vacation Rental Collective, we offer a Moderate Cancellation Policy for this Property: A guest will receive a 100% refund if canceled/changed at least 30 days before check-in; a 50% refund if canceled/changed 14-30 days before check-in; and no refund if canceled/changed 13 days or less before check-in. If you booked on a third-party site (VRBO, Airbnb, etc), your cancellation is subject to their policy. We do offer travel insurance.
