��chappez à l'agitation dans ce magnifique condo HighPoint avec des finitions de montagne modernes et des vues à couper le souffle! Notre condo de 2 chambres et 3 salles de bains (unité HighPoint 584-585) comprend une cuisine complète, un foyer au gaz et une terrasse privée. Cette escapade paisible se déroule au milieu de la plus belle vallée pittoresque des montagnes San Juan du Colorado.

Zones de rassemblement au niveau principal -
Au niveau principal, vous trouverez un salon à aire ouverte avec un salon confortable avec une cheminée et une télévision à écran plat, une grande table à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée et un bar à café. Il y a une belle terrasse à côté du salon pour admirer la superbe vue sur la falaise et le parcours de golf. Le pont a des sièges et un gril électrique. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète et une buanderie à ce niveau.
Couchage de niveau supérieur -
La chambre à l'étage a un lit King et Queen, une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD et une grande salle de bain complète. Il y a aussi une chambre en mezzanine avec une porte de grange coulissante unique pour créer une intimité entre la zone de couchage et le salon en dessous. Cette chambre en mezzanine a un lit queen, sa propre salle de bain complète et beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Il y a aussi un petit bureau à ce niveau - même si nous espérons que vous n'aurez pas à travailler trop pendant vos vacances!

LES COMMODITÉS SUR PLACE COMPRENNENT: piscine intérieure, piscine extérieure chauffée, bain à remous, sauna, douche à vapeur, centre de fitness, golf, tennis, aire de jeux, restaurant et bar, centre d'événements. Il y a aussi une navette de ski d'hiver offerte à des heures fixes pour nos clients à destination et en provenance du purgatoire.

Politique d'annulation: Un paiement de 300 $ est requis au moment de la réservation. Ce paiement de 300 $ est appliqué sur le montant total dû et n'est remboursable que dans les 72 heures suivant la réservation. Si votre date d'arrivée est dans les 45 jours suivant la réservation, le paiement intégral est exigé au moment de la réservation. Les annulations ou les modifications qui entraînent un séjour écourté, qui sont effectuées dans les quarante-cinq (45) jours de la date d'arrivée, perdent le montant total de la réservation tandis que les annulations faites plus de quarante-cinq (45) jours avant votre arrivée ne sont perdues que le paiement de 300 $ effectué au moment de la réservation. Pour les réservations d'au moins trente (30) nuits, la politique d'annulation ci-dessus passe à soixante (60) jours avant la date d'arrivée. Nous offrons une assurance voyage.

Beautiful setting for this property. The unit is elf was wonderful. It was outfitted with all the necessary utensils and the quality was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Baths had excellent toiletries and towels.The setting again was excellent. Only issue the sun coming the patio door in the late afternoon made the room hot. Would be nice if there was some kind of blind or shades that would be nice but this is a small issue and does nothing to take away from the beauty of the unit and it's setting. We also ate at the Cliffside grill in the lodge. Great food and experience.

We loved this place for our family! It had everything we needed to feel at home. Only negative at all was that the sink in the master bathroom didn't drain well. A quick fix I'm sure. We would definitely stay again! Beautiful views!

We have stayed at Tamaron in the past and wanted to visit it again. It is amazing to see how it is changed over the years we stayed in a two bedroom condo. It was a very clean condo with great views of the mountains and the golf course behind it. We brought a lot of cleaning and laundry supplies but found they were all provided and that there was a washer dryer in the unit. We thought we were going to have to use the communal washer so that was a nice surprise. Check in and check out was a breeze. The grandkids loved the pool and the playground. The service at The Prospector was superb.

Close to the town of Durango where we enjoyed dining and shopping, but also close to Purgatory where we enjoyed mountain activities. We took a short drive one day to Silverton where we rented ATV's and enjoyed exploring the Alpine loop. Truly a great location to enjoy everything in and around Durango. The condo was absolutely gorgeous! Very updated and clean! The owners went above and beyond making sure guests have everything they need. The beds were very comfortable with great linens provided. We enjoyed the outdoor patio with the best views of the mountains and golf course. Customer service from the manager and owner were top notch! We will definitely book this condo again!!

We spent time in Durango, rode the Durango/Silverton Narrow Guage Train, hiked in the San Juan National Forest and drove the loop to Silverton, Ourey, Telluride, Cortez, and back to Tamarron as highlights to our trip. Tamarrron HighPoint 584's location worked perfectly as a jumping off point for us. And the accommodations were exactly what we needed for relaxing between side trips. We don't play golf, but its setting within a mountain golf resort is beautiful. If you don't golf, at least take a walk around the resort's golf-cart/walking paths, it's breathtaking. If your stay is for the purpose of downhill skiing, Purgatory Resort is a drive of just under 10 miles north from Tamarron HighPoint. Enjoy! We certainly did.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the unit is nicely equipped and stocked with many nice amenities. However, there are some items that need to be addressed by the owner. Hopefully this is useful information:1) The upstairs master bath sink drain is clogged with hair. I removed what I could so the sink will now drain but it's still very slow. 2) Reported previously - the wall outlet next to the sink is not working. Everything else in the immediate area works so it may be a loose connection in the outlet3) The living area needs some kind of pole or table lamp on a table especially for reading. 4)The only light in the sitting area is the overhead fan/light. The bulbs are LED and the wall dimmer is not LED compatible so you can only dim the bulbs so far. Either replace the bulbs with incandescent or replace the dimmer with an LED compatible one. We also purchased a $7 battery for the remote so we could operate the fan. The fan will not operate without the remote control. 5) There is no remote control for the TV so the only way to change the INPUT to HDMI 1 for the DVD player or back to HDMI for Direct TV is to use the buttons on the back of the TV. You can't read them because you can't see them (TV is mounted on the it's guesswork until you figure out which one it is.The TV is a Sanyo and we looked all over but no Sanyo remote.6) There is a ROKU remote but there does not appear to be a ROKU unit plugged into any of the HDMI ports on the back of the TV. It is non-functional and would be very useful for streaming Hulu, Netflix, etc. 7) There needs to be a sheet with basic instructions on the use of the electronics and the fireplace. I Googled the fireplace mfr site tp get operation instructions so we figured it out. 8) We switched a lightbulb from the desk to the loft bedroom but the one at the desk needs replacing. We didn't find any extra light bulbs.

Wonderful place to stay

It was awesome, the condo was very clean, love the decor, everything we needed was available. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The neighbors were friendly. Hummingbirds were buzzing about the area. The golf course is neatly groomed Ed, and beautiful .

Peaceful Retreat! Excellent location

This property is truly amazing. This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook in the home, blankets to snuggle up in, soft towels and bedding/beds and tons of storage space. We had our kids 9 &10 and my mother with us and all of us agreed it was the perfect setup for our family. Thank you for sharing this heavenly property with our family!
