• We welcome up to two (2) dogs, with a non-refundable fee of $100 per dog.
• Homeowner lives above the suite and may occasionally be seen around the property, though they are often traveling or enjoying their own private spaces. Central air conditioning is provided and controlled through the main level.
• Please note this home features two suites that can be combined for your stay. There are two separate exterior entrances to the suites & you will need to use each suite's exterior entry door to access its individual space.
• VRBO will collect the guest service fee first, and the remaining reservation payment will be processed separately by our property management team.
