Princess Street Studios blends cinematic character with modern comfort, all within easy reach of Dundee city centre, just over half a mile away. This stylish ground floor apartment has been thoughtfully designed with subtle film inspired touches, balanced by a clean black and white colour scheme and contemporary furnishings.

Living Space and Bedrooms

The open plan living space is comfortable and practical, designed for relaxed evenings after a day exploring the city. A large 4K television takes centre stage in the lounge, with additional wall mounted televisions in both bedrooms. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming accounts including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, Now TV and BT Sport. There are two well presented double bedrooms, each with a plush double bed and considered décor. The larger bedroom also includes a sofa, offering a quiet corner to read or unwind.

Kitchen and Dining

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for short or extended stays. You will find an oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, washer dryer and all the essentials needed to prepare meals with ease. The dining table is perfectly positioned to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in views towards the River Tay.

Bathroom

The bathroom features a walk in shower, sink unit and WC, finished to a high standard and designed with comfort in mind.

Location

Princess Street Studios is well placed for exploring Dundee. The waterfront, including V&A Dundee and Discovery Point, is easily accessible, as are the city’s restaurants, cafés and shops. Further afield, you can visit St Andrews and Carnoustie, both known for golf and coastal scenery, or head north to the Angus Glens for walking and open countryside. For those travelling by car, complimentary parking is available in the small on street council car park opposite the apartment on a first come first serve basis. Dundee Airport offers direct flights to London and Belfast, and road links across Tayside and Fife are straightforward.
