The well-equipped kitchen boasts a brand-new oven, portable hob, microwave, and large fridge/freezer. Fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and cutlery, you`ll have everything you need to whip up a delicious meal.

In the master bedroom, you`ll find a luxurious king-size bed and a modern slatted wardrobe, providing ample space for your belongings and ensuring a comfortable and restful night`s sleep. Located in a tranquil courtyard with beautiful views of the Cathedral but right in the heart of the city.

Five minutes walk one way and you reach the Waterfront and a history lover`s dream with the recently opened V&A Museum, together with RRS Discovery, Captain Scott`s ship for his first exploration of the Antarctic. There is a beautiful walkway with stunning views over the River Tay.

Five minutes walk the other way and you are right in the heart of the city centre, with its lively café culture and many restaurants and bars. Dundee is a big student city, so the High Street is vibrant and full of life. It is also great for shopping - popular for designer brands and High Street labels, interspersed with paved alleyways and an eclectic mix of more specialist retailers which draw shoppers from far and wide.

Everything that you could need in Dundee is within walking distance but if you want to travel further afield and discover more of what Scotland has to offer, Dundee train station is 5 minutes walk. Parking is plentiful - there is both on-street parking and a car park at the end of the road but note that charges apply.

Please note; at present the working hob is a fully functioning portable version. We are in the process of having this replaced, however we do not expect this to impact your stay. Thank you for your understanding.
