The first bedroom is furnished with a twin bed and a desk for those who may be working remotely during their visit, this room also has the perk of a partial lake view. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and plenty of storage. The kitchen is amply stocked with everything you need to cook during your stay and there are plenty of seats to comfortably dine or entertain. A single car 'tuck-under' garage with a remote-controlled overhead door is located on the ground floor below the kitchen and dining room. The portable keychain remote for this is on the kitchen counter. Access from this garage to the living space is via both a private inside and an outside stair. This is a good amenity for guests with special cars and also for touring motorcyclists. It is a nice luxury during snowy winter months, too. Centrally located, Hillside Haven is within short driving distance to downtown Duluth, University of Minnesota-Duluth, The Superior Plaza which features a CVS, Walgreens, Super One Grocery and Great Harvest Bread Company, and the Woodland neighborhood where you can enjoy the library, Mount Royal Grocery, Tavern on the Hill and much more.
