It is located in the area of Jesenice – KRUG slopes, Staro selo 1, 17 km from famous town Split that offers great history, only 10 min drive from the small town Omiš that offers a lot of activities, beaches, and restaurants, 5 min from the largest river in Croatia where you can experience an interesting adventure rafting, canoeing, zip-line, 5 minutes driving from the most beautiful sand and pebble beaches. Only 2km from local restaurant Bajso, 4 km far from supermarket, 4 km from coastal road and sea. Located at the top of KRUG street overviewing the village and the coast, surrounded with typical Mediterranean vegetation offering a quiet and peaceful stay for you and your family. There are 3 parking places secured on a private plot and one garage place, and a car is necessary for this location.

* The OUTDOOR offers a private heated swimming pool 9m x 3,7m with a fully automated electrolysis system, a sun deck area with artificial grass and with 4 deck chairs, a lounge corner, an outdoor shower, and a sun umbrella. There are few spots for simply enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine soaking up this amazing panoramic sea view. There is also a part with pebbles and a trampoline for your youngest. It is all located a few steps lower than the ground floor level and it offers a spectacular sea view. In front of the living room is a covered outdoor dining area for 6 people. From the parking lot, you have a fully fenced 80sqm playground with artificial grass and football goals. In front of the main entrance is table tennis, fun for everyone.
* The INTERIOR offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed amenities you need for a very comfortable stay (Nespresso coffee maker, a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle...), a kitchen island with stools, a dining table, air-conditioner, a living room area with a flat-screen TV, a sofa (can convert into a sofa bed), a free WiFi, a direct approach to the outdoors with dining table, and amazing sea views from the inside too. It is all very stylish and very well organized, and furnished with high quality. There is a washing machine and ironing amenities in the hallway.

Villa La Vita is located in the hills of Krilo Jesenice with amazing sea views, it is located in the old part of the village, 4 km up the road from the coastal road. The nearest center of Omiš town is only 11 kilometers away and it represents an amazing combination of mountains, the Cetina River, the Adriatic Sea, sandy beach, glorious history, and friendly people. We recommend visiting medieval fortresses Mirabela and Fortica which offer a unique view of Omis. If you prefer adrenalin sports there is a range of options: free climbing, rafting, zip line, kite windsurfing, and many others. On the other hand, you can take a bit of rest and enjoy local specialties in one of the taverns, or you can visit Radmanove mlinice in Cetina canyon and have a meal in a relaxing atmosphere listening to the sound of the river, or enjoy the great food in the old part of Omiš in one of the nice restaurants like Bastion, Milo or Pod Odrnom.
Besides amazing nature and a range of activities offered, Omis is famous because of its history. If you have a chance, visit the Pirate battle performance and Festival of Dalmatian Klapa (traditional capella singing). Nearly the whole coast consists of pebbly beaches, while the part from Dugi Rat to Omiš is covered with sandy ones. The famous town Split is only (a 19 km) 20 min drive away and offers great historical attractions.
Upon arrival, your host will give you much useful information about places to visit, recommended restaurants, possibilities to rent a private boat tour and have your unforgettable Adriatic adventure visiting the island Brač or Hvar, the possibility to order dinner, to arrange an in-villa massage, pedicure, manicure.
