On the ground floor, there is a modern, fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing exquisite meals, next to a dining area with a large wooden table for six people. The spacious living room, designed in an open-concept style, offers a perfect place for family and friends to gather, as well as to relax with favorite movies and TV series. The ground floor includes a guest room with a private bathroom. Additionally, the ground floor includes a separate WC.

The first floor features three spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with a shower and a breathtaking sea view. One room has a king-size bed (180x190 cm), while the other two rooms have double beds (160x190 cm). The second floor is home to the master bedroom with a king-size bed (200x200 cm), a walk-in closet, a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a spectacular sea view. Next to the bedroom, there is a sauna and a second living room with access to a balcony. The third floor is reserved for a gym with access to a spacious terrace featuring a jacuzzi.

The villa’s outdoor area is a true oasis of luxury and privacy. A 21 m2 swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower, while a gas or charcoal grill is available for barbecue lovers. Villa Vita Adele is completely enclosed by a stone wall, ensuring peace and security during your stay.

Free parking is available in a public garage 100 m away. It is necessary to book a parking space in advance.
