A detailed description of the house:

Private parking is located at the top of the property. From there stairs to the house with a luggage lift which you can also use for shopping bags on your arrival.
There are 2 floors with the ground floor having access to the large outside area.


Top ( 2.) floor:

Separate apartment with large double bed bedroom, bathroom with shower, living area with small kitchen corner and furnished balcony.


1st floor:

Master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms that share furnished balcony. Master bedroom has double bed and its own bathroom with shower. In one smaller bedroom there is double bed, in other two single beds with a window and beautiful view. Additional bathroom with shower.



Ground floor:

Fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, living room with LCD Sat-Tv, dining room, bathroom with shower and washing machine.




Terrace with kiwi pergola:

Outside barbecue area with wooden and rock kitchen, large dining bench for 8 people to enjoy beautiful sunsets, additional table and chairs, loungers.



Swimming pool:

Filled with sea water and has a toilet so you don't have to keep coming back up the stairs. Water is changed regularly / every 7 days. Gazebo-pool house and sunbeds.


Rock beach:

with parasols and deck-chairs, shower with hot and cold running water (hot water heated in a black tank by the sun)


You can swim round to a little romantic beach in the cave below the house (it can't be seen from the house).

Due to its unique location - secluded from the busy road, house is reached by a stairway with lots of steps.
Because of this, It is not suitable for people with disabilities, for elderly, or for people with very young children.

There is a luggage lift by which We will bring your luggage and shopping bags on arrival & departure.

Hot water in the bathrooms is heated by the solar system. In case that the water is not hot enough due to the bad weather, please switch on the additional electric water heater.
