Au coeur de Dubrovnik (à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la rue principale de Dubrovnik Stradun), studio entièrement équipé avec toutes les commodités pour un séjour confortable avec la vue panoramique sur certains des célèbres remparts et forteresses de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik, et avec une belle vue sur l'île de Dubrovnik Lokrum.

Notre appartement panoramique 2 étoiles est entièrement meublé avec tous les appareils nécessaires pour un séjour confortable, une grande terrasse privée séparée avec barbecue, un endroit idéal pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dîner avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et la vieille ville. Le Studio dispose d'une terrasse privée avec barbecue et des appareils pour la préparation du repas en plein air, un jardin avec de nombreux arbres fruitiers méditerranéens, tels que le citron, l'orange, l'appricot, le pomigranate, le raisin et le néflier.

L'emplacement de la ville est résidentiel, très vert et calme, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville avec une zone touristique dynamique et animée.

Du 10 juillet au 25 août, vous pourrez profiter dans la vieille ville du festival d'été de Dubrovnik. C'est un festival de musique traditionnelle et classique et un théâtre de renommée internationale. Des artistes célèbres comme Ramón Vargas, Julian Rachlin, Denyce Graves, Leo Nucci et Cristina Gallardo Domâs ont tous été invités à ce festival.

Very clean studio apartment with a private garden from which the host supplied us with limes,grapes and pomegranates. Nice view from the garden of the sea and old town/ city walls. Unit itself had no view but was comfortable. Everything worked well including a small washing machine.

Wonderful stay in Dubrovnik

We were greeted by fantastic host Matilda. She showed us everything in detail, answered all of our questions and left us a bottle of wine and a delicious homemade apple strudel. We were confused about how to make coffee so she brought us coffee the first morning. Apartment was very clean. Incredible view from private terrace of old city walls and the sea. Highly recommend.

Studio is very small, with only one window (in the entrance door). No real great views. 80 steps up from the road. Pictures are misleading, as there is a mix of photos of the two appartments that they are leasing on the site. Would not go back or recomend.

Great location close to Old City

This studio apartment, though small is well equipped and has a lovely garden for relaxing in and for a BBQ if required. Matilda was responsive to help guide us upon arrival. It has a great view over the city and a good base to walk down to and back up from Dubrovnik. The cable car to Panorama restaurant (book early if you want a table with best views) and bus link back to airport are very close. We pre-purchased the 3 day Dubrovnik card and felt that was a good option with City walls, museums and a trip to Cavtat included. The only minor issue we had was that we did get a number of ant bites (from inside and out spaces), We would happily recommend this apartment to explore this beautiful city.

Great place to stay - happy we did

We really enjoyed staying here. Perfect to be up on the hill enjoying a peaceful garden and away from the crazy, busy old town. Yet, it was a close walk away. Communication was very good, easy, fast, and responsive. The room is small, but it didn't matter when every morning and evening, we enjoyed a great patio with a lovely view, wonderful garden, and delicious grapes growing all around us. Our hosts were helpful and lovely people. Recommend staying

Great little apartment!

Matilda’s apartment is a stone throw away from the old town centre. The apartment is really small but we expected that when we arrived, it was well equipped with everything we needed. It had a nice outside sitting area with a great view! Matilda was kind enough to let us leave our luggage at hers on the day we had to check out. I would recommend this to couples coming to Dubrovnik:) it’s a great place to explore the city!

Matilda is a kind, helpful, welcoming host. The Apartment is quite small with the double bed pushed against one wall. Some minor maintenance is needed ( eg the shower knob pops off) Air con is very efficient and the kitchen well equipped.

Nice studio, fantastic terrace and garden, great location

We had a wonderful time in Dubrovnik, Matilda and her husband were friendly, informative and discrete hosts. The studio is, as described, compact, but has all the essentials and is well-equipped, comfortable and delivers everything it promises. The best thing about this property, however is the garden and terrace, which, as Matilda says, is the living space, which enjoys fantastic views over the city and the Adriatic and is the perfect quiet retreat away from the bustle of the Old City. Would we re-visit? Yes. Would we recommend the apartment? Definitely!!

Disappointing

Even if it seems odd because of the other excellent reviews: We did not agree with the consistency of the booked and the received accommodation at all! The booking confirmation, which we received from Fewo-Direkt, exactly corresponded to the apartment, which we also had booked: 4 star apartment with 85m ² living space. This apartment we had on site but not got. We checked everything back after our return home. The problem with the display is apparently that two apartments are offered, which differ considerably in size and equipment. This, however, does not appear from the display and depending on the price you book, you get one apparently 4 star apartment or a 2 star "apartment" assigned by the landlord. The photos in the ad we could now assign, the pictures of both apartments are pictured here mixed - and if we had guessed how we should be accommodated, we would have definitely booked a different accommodation. It was in the advertisement and the booking confirmation from the beginning of a 4 star apartment the speech, a reference to the living / sleeping room with minibad described below, was not, also in the booking confirmation. When we were there, we were accommodated in a 2 star living / sleeping room, which included a tiny bathroom. Total area estimated approximately 12sqm. From the landlady we were told that we had only paid a price for a small studio (we paid exactly the price offered by Fewo-Direkt) and thus yes only a small studio could get. There was still the large apartment, but this was considerably more expensive and also occupied. We have the landlady several times pointed out, that is so not in order and the display at Fewo-Direkt is deceptive. But she did not want to know about this. The really uncomfortable at this studio was beside the narrow the fact that the only opening (also for the airing) the entrance, of course with public transport. Pleasant was not. In addition, the landlady entered the premises unintentionally when you are not there. Not to make the bed or the like, but simply to look for "the right", or e.g. the hot water boiler. She also watched us from the window of her apartment above our tiny domicile, to point out that we should close the doors properly or turn off certain lamps. Not at all a pleasant habit. The "bathroom" is also quite habituationy. To get out of the shower, you should be a little sporty, for the elderly is absolutely indisputable.

Stayed in the studio apartment. Very easy to pop down into the city, takes 5 minutes, a little longer back up the hill. Plenty of steps or there is the road back up to the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and is a good base from which to explore Dubrovnik.

Matilda and her family were wonderful hosts and the apartment was awesome. We had a great time, in part because the location was so central to everything we wanted. The patios are incredible, and you're surrounded by stunning view of the coast, Old Town and many fruit trees. When we decided to stay another day, Matilda was so helpful in finding us a room for the extra night. Great value, service and location!

A gem on the Adriatic

The studio apartment is perfect for a couple or single person who wants a nice place to stay and feel at home. The accommodations are comfortable, clean, and complete. Every morning my husband and I would eat breakfast and drink coffee on the terrace on the terrace and marvel at the beauty of the city. The view is spectacular. I don't like to eat every meal out, preferring to shop in the local markets for fresh fruit and local cheeses and I prefer the privacy of renting an apartment to enjoy the flexibility of going at my own pace and these apartments really let you sink into the culture all around you. Very conveniently located near old town and the beach, it was better than I could have ever anticipated. Matilda is wonderful and made things so easy, and so special, she really loves her home and her country. If I ever have the pleasure of returning to this marvelous city, I hope to drag a few more friends with me and upgrade to one of the larger apartments - which I toured, and they are remarkable! Thank you so much Matilda, you helped make this visit perfect in every way.

Incredible terrace and perfect host!

We chose to stay in the apartment hoping that the terrace would be as good as we imagined, and it was even better!! We were greeted by Matilda who was very welcoming and helpful and it was lovely to get to know her. She even brought us freshly made doughnuts one afternoon - you can't get a better host! The room itself was a simple studio but had everything we needed and we spend most of the time on the terrace anyway. There was even an authentic barbecue we didn't quite find the time to use. A 5 minute walk up steps from the Pile gate, the apartment is in the best location - it has a lovely sea view and on the walk down to the old town, a fabulous view over the city walls. Personally I would prefer to stay in this location outside the city walls, as you have at the benefit every day of enjoying the walk down and it's much more peaceful - inside the walls can get very hot when it's been really sunny throughout the day. It was also convenient to take the airport bus when we reached the end of our stay (5 minute walk downhill). I would definitely recommend the apartment - we look forward to going back! We may even stay in their 2 bedroom apartment with friends next time, as the views from there were incredible (we had a look around inside one evening when we were chatting to Matilda!). Thank you so much for your hospitality.
