A bakery, grocery store and beach are all located within a short walking distance from the property, about 3-5 minutes.
The nearest beach is Porporela, located 300 m from the property.
Nearest bus stop is located near the Ploce Gate, approximately 500 m from the apartment.
Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnikâs Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.
