Charming Peony Apartment in Dubrovnik: 2-Bedroom Retreat with Scenic Views

Dear guests, welcome to Peony apartment!
We are proud to present our beautiful two-bedroom apartment with spacious interior and a balcony overlooking green Mediterranean plants, an ideal location for a peaceful holiday in Dubrovnik.

The apartment is on the fourth floor, has 56 m2 and is intended for 4 persons. With a modern style, the whole apartment is comfortable and functional. It has 2 bedrooms that are separated by a central hall which gives access to a bathroom and a beautiful living room, open to a small kitchen and a dining area. Apartment has Netflix subscription.

There are a few stairs to arrive at the apartment and the building has no elevator, so unfortunately it's not suitable for people with disabilities.
Free parking is available in front of the building. Spots are not private, parking is for all residential buildings here and since it is one of the only parkings free of charge in Dubrovnik it can get really crowded and sometimes you will have hard time to find a spot.

All toiletries are included in price as well as cleaning of the apartment. In case you need to clean something yourself there is a vacuum cleaner in the apartment.

Making our apartment welcoming is a priority for us, so we always keep it clean and organized, with fresh linen and towels and home accessories. Maps and events flyers are always there, to help our dear guests enjoy the city!

If you are spending more than 3 nights in Dubrovnik and you want nice relax, Lapad is your best choice!
