This beautifully renovated town house in Dublin City Centre, Ireland has all you need for an amazing stay in the city. You will have all the space you desire with bright and warming bedrooms, enormous living room with a fireplace, a spacious kitchen for a group of people, and the smallest area being a cosy garden. O'Connell Street is within a few minutes walking distance to the city centre.

A lovely single bed, with your own large wardrobe and bed side table. Perfect for little ones if you were bringing a family.
Bedroom 2:
Nicely sized single bed with a trundle single mattress underneath, inbuilt wardrobe for your clothes, a bedside table and your own little work desk.
Master bedroom:
Lovely double bed, the biggest amount of space in this room. Also equipped with a large wardrobe.
Bathroom 1:
You have a shower, toiler and sink. To make things nicer you get a towel rack for toasty warmth when you come out the shower.

The Neighborhood:
Phibsborough, recently crowned one of Time Out Magazineâs âcoolest city neighbourhoods in the world, is a hugely popular northside village offering some of the cityâs best dining and architectural experiences.
It is one of the main routes northside out of the city and offers easy access to Dublin Airport. Due to the number of colleges in the area, along with its close proximity to Dublin city centre, Phibsborough is popular with a wide range of residents, from students to families. Phibsborough is probably best associated with Croke Park, The Mater Hospital and Dalymount Park, where local club Bohemians FC play. Famous for its revived Victorian buildings and artisanal cafes like Two Boys Brew and La Pausa, this bustling area is also close to the National Botanical Gardens, and adjacent is the Mater Private Hospital and Temple Street Children's Hospital. And if you ever wanted to explore the city while walking you can take a stroll down Blessington Basin. Not only this, you are also on the side of the city which is closest to Dublin City Airport.
With plenty of attractive period homes as well as family houses and smaller apartments in the area, there are properties in Phibsborough to suit every family size, and it is popular with owner-occupiers and renters alike.
Locals are spoilt for choice with an abundance of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs right on their doorstep. Neighbourhood cafĂ© Bang Bang is a one-stop shop for brunch burgers and political tote bags. Getting Around:
Everything is within walking distance at this centrally located property in Dublin City. Situated on O'Connell street you have can make easy work of getting around by walking but if that wasn't something you wanted to do, you can easily get Luas and bus routes that take you wherever you need to go.
