Unfortunately the host did not communicate as quickly as one would like. We arrived with no wifi available and did not receive the instructions for the keys snd directions until we were literally at the property. Even then, without wifi we had no idea and were about to check into a hotel located across the street. They allowed us to use the hotel wifi and only after an hour did we finally receive the instructions on entering the property. The space is fine but dated. Sadly there was no hot water available. The boiler was in the unit but not turned on. It was too late and we were exhausted but cannot recommend this property. The hotel was actually very nice and cheaper.

It was tricky to find and didn’t have any extra paper products, no napkins or paper towels and ran out of toilet paper. Kitchen had minimal supplies and the refrigerator was not cleaned. Place was very cold and had to wait to hear back from the host for a couple of hours to know about heat options. All were plug in space units plus a gas fireplace. No extra blankets. Heaters did warm up the place nicely. Could use some updating. Walking distance to great spots in Dublin!

The location of the apartment is excellent and the property manager did well illustrating how to obtain the key from the lock box and enter the apartment. The elevator did not seem to be working during our stay which was not a significant impact to our stay but might be for others with mobility challenges.The listing looks much better online than in person, and was not cleaned to the extent you expect considering the cleaning fees charged to guests. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable but the accommodation lacked additional toilet paper which I had to purchase from the local store.Overall the stay is a good value property.

We had a good overall stay. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around, and the apartment itself was clean and in a quiet area, which made it easy to relax. The check-in process was very smooth, and the host was very responsive and timely with communication, which we really appreciated. There were a couple of downsides; the photos make the apartment look newer than it actually is, in person it felt a bit more outdated than expected. Additionally, the hot water in the en suite bathroom wasn't working, so the four of us had to share the other shower during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient but we made it work.

The heat was out and we weren’t notified until we were already in the place and only because I asked how to turn the heater up. There was only hot water on the day we arrived, although the owner came and checked the boiler and said it was working. No hot water so unable to shower for two nights. No window covering in the living room. The third bed was described as a futon/couch. It was barely sleep able. Not enough extra blankets with the heat being out. It was walking distance to a bunch of stuff so we could leave the car behind the iron gates the whole time, and we’re were able to make the most out of our trip.

Nice apartment with most everything you might need to have a great stay. A little bit worn , the lights in the hall and lift didn't work so walk up stairs to first floor, not a big deal for us. Bathrooms clean well stocked with power hot showers . We had a small family gathering with 6 2 grandkids and it was ideal with plenty of room and facilities to easily accommodate us all. Very quiet and secure and fabulous location just off Stephen green and loads of shops, restaurants and pubs on the doorstep. The landlord was very accommodating and generous letting us check out a little late , would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Excelente localização. Apartamento ótimo, apenas deveria ter mais cadeiras na mesa de jantar e não apenas 4 e o sofå deveria de ser cama e não ter um colchão insuflåvel. Anfitrião simpåtico e disponível.
