The Space:

Recently renovated to a very high standard this special property is in pristine condition and comes complete with high-end furnishings and two balconies.
The large sun drenched living/dining area has a flat screen TV and DVD player.
The master bedroom not only has a large en-suite, but also private balcony and writing desk for when the views have inspired you.
The generous second bedroom opens out onto a sunny balcony with sweeping views of the Liffey, the Dublin Convention Center, 3 Arena and renowned Samuel Beckett bridge.
The kitchen is a modern fully fitted kitchen with marble countertop and high end appliances.
High-speed internet access.
Walking distance to both the 3 Arena and Bord Gais Energy Theater. Close proximity to the Aviva stadium for sporting fixtures and events.
The Neighborhood:
The exclusive Hanover Quay area has existed for only 10 years. It is the area in the city where young executives want to live and tech businesses want to have their offices. It is at the heart of Dublin's Silicon Dock with both Airbnb & Facebook Irish Headquarters on Hanover Quay and Google is close-by. Gourmet shops, bustling cafés and an infinite choice of dining options are on the doorstep.
Access to the historic O'Connell Street where the 1916 uprising and battle for independence took place is only a 20 minute straight walk along the beautiful River Liffey, as is the Grafton Street shopping district and the famous Temple Bar tourist area of bars and restaurants.
The 3 Arena, the Aviva Stadium, and the Bord Gais Theatre are close by, with the stupendous hop-on / hop-off Dublin bus and City bus tours picking up and dropping back off on Hanover Quay - definitely the best way to see all the highlights Dublin when on a short visit - for just âŹ15 pp.
Getting Around:
All the public transport options are close by. The area is well served by buses, the Luas is accessible across the river (10 minutes walk) and the DART local train service is close by. It's a leisurely stroll to many of the popular Dublin attractions.
