Dubai Marina is one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Dubai. This waterfront community boasts skyscrapers, hotels and luxury apartments, a range of restaurants, entertainment facilities, cruise tours and shopping avenues. At a prime location in the city, Dubai Marina is well-connected via major road routes and metro links. The area offers all the conveniences at a hand’s length including grocery stores, medical facilities and retail centres.

There are two metro stations in Dubai Marina: Sobha Realty Metro Station and DMCC Metro Station. The roads tend to get busy in the evenings so the metro can be a good way to shorten the time it takes for you to get home after work. Getting around the neighbourhood is a lot easier with the Dubai Tram, with its 11 tram stations, stretching from JBR to Al Sufouh. There are a few tram stations in the community as well, such as the Marina Towers Tram Station near Marina Pinnacle and MAG 218 Tower.

★ REGISTRATION OF TRAVELERS ★
We will require passport copies (or Emirates ID) from all travelers and visitors at least 24 hours in advance to register your stay with community/building security. We cannot guarantee your arrival if copies of your identification documents are not provided on time.

★ ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES ★
Standard check-in time is 3 p.m., and check-out time is 11 a.m. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges!

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a fine of 2500 AED.

★ ACCESS CARD ★
Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Kindly be advised that this residence is situated within a professionally managed building complex. It is important to note that while the building operates under a managed structure, it does not function as a hotel facility. Consequently, the personnel at the reception and building security, while generally helpful, do not serve as concierge staff.

It is imperative to recognize the differentiation between the host and the building management, as they are separate entities. As a guest in our apartment, strict adherence to building regulations and compliance with local authorities' laws and guidelines is mandatory. Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated.
