You will have access to the apartment and all the residential complex's amenities as outlined above.
Guest access
The entire apartment will be yours for the duration of your stay. We can arrange either a self check in or in person check in. Whatever your preference, just let us know.
Other things to note
Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.

Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged AED 150 per hour which applies from 11am up until 1 pm. After 1 pm guests will be charged AED 1000 for the late check-out and cleaning delay.

The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.

• NO SMOKING •
This is a smoke free apartment. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 3500 to AED 5000 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
