✔️ Cancellation Policy: You can request to cancel your reservation up to 14 days before your trip. However, you will be responsible for any charges as per the cancellation policy on the listing and in your reservation.

✔️ Early Check-In: Available for 35% of the nightly rate, before 3 pm. Message us after 9 am on your check-in day with your desired time (10 am, 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, or 2 pm).

✔️ Payment will be required for confirmation and the door code will be provided upon payment.

✔️ Check-Out: Late check-out between 12:01 PM – 12:30 PM will incur a 20% charge of the reservation cost. Check-out after 12:30 PM will result in a full charge of the next night’s rate until the unit is vacated. If a same-day reservation follows, the full cost of the upcoming guest’s stay will also be charged. Please note: failure to vacate may result in authorities being notified to assist with removal.

✔️ Parking: Park only in your reserved spot. Unauthorized parking may result in towing at your expense.

✔️ Premises: Maintenance staff may need to access the home occasionally, with prior notice when possible.

✔️ Remedy/Refunds: Notify us immediately if you’re dissatisfied to allow us to resolve the issue. No refunds will be given without an opportunity to fix the problem. Early departure without prior approval will not result in a refund.

✔️ Housekeeping & Cleaning: There is no daily housekeeping service. The home is cleaned before you arrive and after you depart. The cleaning fee covers standard wear and tear. Excessive cleaning will incur an additional fee.

✔️ The building management takes care of the exterior windows, while we ensure the inside of the unit is always freshly cleaned and well-maintained before each stay.
