Ground Floor Hub (1st Level): The social heart of the villa! This floor features a bright, airy living room, a spacious dining area for shared meals, and a functional, fully equipped kitchen. It also includes one accessible bedroom—ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

First Floor (2nd Level): This floor acts as a private living quarter, housing three additional restful bedrooms, perfect for winding down after a busy day.

Second Floor & Rooftop Terrace (3rd Level): The villa's crowning jewel! This level features the final bedroom suite and opens up to an expansive terrace. It’s the perfect backdrop for panoramic sunset views of the surrounding desert.

This versatile space is furnished with a mix of comfortable, padded papasan chairs, a classic covered swing bench, and relaxing hammocks. It's the ultimate spot to gather for evening conversation and starlit BBQs using the on-site grill.

The Kids' Splash Zone: A favorite for families! We feature a large, inflatable plunge pool setup. It provides a refreshing escape where the kids can safely cool off and play while the adults supervise from the patio seating.
