The Space

This luxury villa has a pristine landscaped garden with its very own pool, embellished with the beauty of bougainvillaea and the Azure of the Arabian Gulf with views of The Atlantis. The lounge contains two large sofas and accompanying armchairs, wrapped in luscious garden views from its many windows. The dining room is a large nucleus for the family to come together with a dining table that seats eight comfortably. Guests may access the modern kitchen fitted with all the necessities for a seamless stay, as well as a separate breakfast area for more intimate dining.



Master Bedroom

The master suite of this luxury villa can be located on the top floor, along with the property’s four other bedrooms. It features a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes for all of your holiday essentials and a beautiful master en suite that boasts a Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower unit.



Other bedrooms

The four accompanying large bedrooms are all furnished with queen beds, premium bedding, bedside tables and lamp lighting with fitted wardrobes and en suite bathrooms to include bathtubs and shower facilities.



Maid room

This beachfront villa also offers a maid's room to accommodate two extra guests. It features two single beds, a wardrobe and a private ensuite bathroom with a standing shower.

Other Things to Note

Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.



The Neighborhood

Whether you want to sail around it, sky-dive over it or take the monorail through it, The Palm Jumeirah is the perfect location for a blissful Dubai stay that boasts plenty to do. It’s home to some of the most luxurious hotels in such as the infamous ‘Atlantis the Palm’ with world-famous restaurant Nobu, Aquaventure Water Park and The Lost Chambers - an aquarium-like no other.



In the immediate vicinity, you can stroll along Club Vista Mare – a series of seven restaurants built on a pier that stretches out over the water. Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighbouring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa or the trendy DIFC for fine dining experiences Dubai style.



There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxies are a-plenty on The Palm and Uber is widely used throughout the Emirate.
