VERIFICATION:
As per the UAE and DTCM laws, each guest staying at the property has to be registered with them upon arrival, for which we require the National ID or Passport copy of each guest. As per security regulations, the maximum number of IDs accepted will be based on the property's maximum capacity, and no further guests will be allowed. In case of any visitors, prior information is required along with their IDs and is subject to security clearance.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
We can be flexible if you travel internationally and need early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know beforehand.

WATERFRONT:
The amenities like Lake access, Sun loungers, and Waterfront mentioned in the listing are because our building is very close to Vida Creek Beach, which is still under construction and inaccessible. But we do have access to a pool with sun loungers.
Also, we are very close to Dubai Creek Harbor (2.1 km).

CLEANING DURING STAY:
We can offer cleaning services during your stay, although please note that there will be an additional charge for this service. Send us a message if you need them.

LUGGAGE DROP-OFF:
This is only available in the building lobby not in the apartment. And you are responsible for your belongings.

EXTRA TOWELS & LINENS:
Please inform us beforehand if you need extra bed sheets or towels during your stay. They will cost around 74 AED or 20 USD. We will let you know about the up-to-date price after the booking. We will provide the following as extras: Hand towels, bath towels, pillowcases, duvet cover, bed sheet, and bathmat.

KITCHEN:
We do not provide cooking oil and chopsticks.

LOCATION:
We are not Vida Hotels. Please refer to the map section to fully understand our location.

HEATED POOL:
Please be informed that our swimming pool is heated and the water temperature is controlled to meet standard requirements.
