Kindly inform us in advance if you plan to arrive late. This fee ensures the availability of our team to assist you after-hours.
Early Check-In: Available upon request and subject to availability for a fee of AED 150 before 4:00 PM.

You will be provided with 1 parking access card.
In case of loss or damage, a replacement fee of AED 500 will apply.
đ Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
You may smoke only on the balconies.
Evidence of indoor smoking will incur a deep cleaning fee of AED 4,000 to cover odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture sanitization.

Please treat all furniture, appliances, and electronics with care.
Any damage or missing items will be deducted from your security deposit or charged separately.
Kindly dispose of trash in the designated bins located in the building; do not leave waste in hallways or common areas.
