Other things to note.

Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED200.00

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ SURROUNDINGS ★

The presence of a variety of restaurants, a salon, laundry services, and a supermarket in the area adds even more value to your location. Having these amenities close by can save you time and effort in your daily routine.
- Security Deposit of AED 2,500 required before check in for direct bookings through website
- Quiet hours from 23:00 and 8:00 every day
- No pets allowed
- Parties are not allowed
- Respect residential amenities and security of property and neighbors
- Guests must not generate noise that is offending neighbor during arrival, departure or any time during occupancy, especially between 23:00 and 8:00
- Children under 14 should be supervised in all recreational areas and common areas
- Children under 14 should shall not be left unsupervised in the property balcony
- Guests may not make any alterations to the unit
- Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas
Conduct that is not in accordance with these rules may result in:
- Eviction of the guests
- Payment of additional fees depending on damage to the holiday home or others
